Located in the Apple Valley commercial district, this coffee shop is part of a larger venue called Revolve Hall which houses about 5 other culinary stops. Curiouser Coffee is the most vegan friendly, offering several plant-based milk alternatives including oat, almond, coconut and soy. There are no vegan food options, but that should not stop you from hanging out for a while. It’s a fun venue with shared seating that feels warm and inviting with culturally inspired decorations everywhere you look. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-06
Don’t come here unless you want bland overpriced food that takes too long too come

Great coffee, fantastic service, I’ll be back to try their food!
We saw this establishment on social media and the burgers looked so good we went there for lunch. It was late (1:30pm) so there weren't many people there so we were seated immediately and our drink order taken right away. Our server was fantastic and the food was superior. We will definitely return to try more items on the menu.♥️

It was super busy on a Sunday midmorning, which made the space loud and it was hard to find seating. The food and coffee was good enough to make it worth it!

It's a wonderful collective of experiences with quiet spots to have a conversation without having to deal with television and loud music noise.
On this trip, I did walk up ordering for food and coffee.

Never understand how people can bash this place, like the lowest it should get is a three star. The food isn't drop dead AMAZING but it's still really good, flavorful, and cooked well with great flavor profiles that are good for those who like experimenting. I've been in numerous times and the breakfast burrito rips like no other. It's the perfect morning study food because it's always coming out nice and hot 🔥 The drinks are good! Sure, it's on a bit more of an expensive side but your Starbucks and Caribou specialty drinks are literally the same price, if not more. Atmosphere is so cool! Alice in Wonderland themes with so many plants! Can you guess all the plant names? Seating is comfy and there are plenty of outlets in the dining area of the cafe for studying. The staff is so friendly! If you don't think they're being friendly, you're likely being a dick 🤷 I dunno what to tell you, go elsewhere. Love Curiouser, if Curiouser doesn't have a single fan, then I'm dead.

Such a bummer. Waited over 10 mins at the vacant counter (2nd in a line of 4) with workers walking past and smiling but no one acknowledging the wait or that we’d be assisted shortly. Finally a server came over and apologized & offered to try ringing us up but forewarned she doesn’t work the front ever. We got orders placed and the wait for food and drinks wasn’t unreasonable (about 5 mins for drinks and 15 for Togo food) but the quality of the food was a bummer. I visited the Eagan location last week and was so pleased, but the combination of chaotic service and poor food at this location was enough for me to decide to skip this location moving forward. Would have been less off-putting if the baristas had communicated if maybe they were short staffed or slammed with orders and that someone would be with us as soon as possible, etc. The 4th person in line behind us ended up just turning around and leaving and I don’t blame em.

Wow! Amazing coffee house. Cool vibe with all the plants, chandelier lighting, high back leather booths and chairs, brick walls, and fun mirrors. Great place to hang out with friends, work on laptop without feeling like taking too much time at a table or have a semi-private business meeting with one of the secluded booths. Ample space inside and easy parking. Many very interesting coffee beverages to try out!! Nice variety of food options. Need to come back several times to try out more drinks and food!

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The person who attended me seemed to be in a very bad mood and made the whole interaction uncomfortable
Unique atmosphere. You can order pretty any type of coffee - great quality ingredients and flavors.
Ordered:
1 shot Dirty Matcha with Coconut milk, and coconut cold foam.
Matcha with lavender, coconut milk and coconut cold foam.
Ice Cream Taco with Vanilla ice cream & Oreos
Will definitely come back and try the restaurant menu side.

The patio here is a total vibe — definitely the highlight. Inside feels a little off since it’s tucked into a restaurant hall, which gives it kind of an odd setup. Drinks were good, though not great, and the menu leans a bit out there with some pretty wild coffee creations. Fun to try if you’re in the area and want something different.
