Guy in the apple valley sweatshirt does a great job at making you feel like you are welcome, friendly and always smiles, carries the team with costumer interaction. This man deserves a raise.

Here is my observation: someone suggested the owner to buy a Dunkin franchise and his life will be set and he did but his life isn’t set. He’s sad and always pissed and takes it out on the customers. Worst customers service and it’s always a scary experience to buy things as the person behind the counter is super impatient and is mean.

Negative Zero Stars. By far the worst experience I have had in a long time. I placed the Munchkins bucket order on my app. I went in and was completely ignored for at least 10 minutes. At least acknowledge your customers and say you will be with them shortly even when it's busy. This was the worst poorly managed place, totally unorganized. The middle aged guy, I think may have been the manager finally asked my name. Took a while and gave me a drink. I said I didn't order a drink, he was rude and said yes your Cammy. I said no I'm Tammy and told him what I ordered, he started ruffling through the orders all over the counter and told me he needed my order #, another employee there found it, she was nice at least. He said we only have those two kind of munchkin doughnuts on top of the display case and there were flies on them! I said I just want to cancel my order at this point, there's files all over, ridiculous. He said you have to do it online and walked away. I left and now my bank was showing I was charged. I spent 25 min 47 seconds with Dunkin Corporate to be told the owner would be in contact in about 2 business days and I can discuss my refund with them! Seriously that is unacceptable. Why couldn't the manager at Dunkin just cancel my order or take down my information to give to the 'Owner' for a refund? I should have read the reviews before I ordered. My grandkids are coming over for the weekend so this was a spur of the moment decision I am regretting. Now when I see a Dunkin' Donuts I will never stop in at one again because of this one experience, different owners or not, you would think corporate could handle this better. It is still their app. I'm frustrated and would not recommend to anyone.

Each time I visit this location, I encounter issues with your staff. On my first visit, I ordered cookies and cream ice cream but kept receiving chocolate chip. I repeatedly informed the staff member, only to be met with frustration. The employee assumed I had an attitude, yelled at me, and refused to help further. When I asked him why he was yelling, he claimed I started it, which was not the case. I simply wanted to clarify if the product was mislabeled or unavailable.
Today, I returned after more than a year to order a cookie butter cold foam, which was listed as $3 for a medium in your app. However, I was charged more, and when I pointed this out, the employee argued instead of listening to my concern.
Due to these experiences, I won’t be returning to this location, and I would like a refund. I expect fair treatment and accurate charges if I’m spending my money at your establishment.

this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The way the treated me was horrible. They rushed me and messed up my order. I was trying my best to communicate and they were yelling at me. There is a Ethiopian man at the front and he was extremely rude and didn’t even understand what I was ordering they should not be putting people who don’t understand English at the drive through. I went twice today this morning and jusd now. They messed up BOTH of my orders. Everybody at this Dunkin should be fired. Every single worker was rude and disrespectful. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Never EVER returning.

I have never been so horribly treated. I would give this place negative stars if I could. In the drive thru the manager on duty was so incredibly rude towards us and when we got to the window they messed up our food order and acted as if it was our fault. They huffed and puffed and threw a little tantrum over an easy fix. I don’t understand how anyone like this could land a management role when they lack any sort of human decency or communication skills. Never ever going back to this location. Worse customer service ever. An embarrassment to the Dunkin name.

Pulled up in the drive thru this evening(Saturday) around 5 and ordered a small iced decaf pumpkin spice specialty latte and a small iced coffee with cream and caramel. The non English speaking girl rang up the pumpkin latte as a regular latte with pumpkin flavor, which is not what i want, i want the specialty latte that comes with whipped cream and pumpkin drizzle.
I tried to tell her this was incorrect but she couldn't understand me so she got the other worker who's first language is also not English. He got on the mic with a wild attitude and rattled off my incorrect order and finished with a nasty "pull forward now". I literally argued with this guy for a full minute about how they're ringing up the wrong drink before pulling up to the window.
I get there and you guessed it, the drink is wrong and i have to give it back and get the specialty toppings. The actual audacity to argue with a customer about a drink they're ordering off the menu right in front of their face is unmatched. The only reason i mention that English isn't their first language is because it made the whole thing more ludicrous that they're telling me I'm wrong about the menu and order, both written in English. Two stars because I've had good experiences with other workers getting ice cream there

Love the coffee and donuts but it takes absolutely way too long to get two coffees here. Sat for about 10 minutes one morning I love the coffee it’s just the service takes forever when it shouldn’t.

Worst coffe shop I’ve been to my life. I never thought I would face disrespect, racism, and hatred by workers from Dunkin. The guy who took my order is a middle aged man who always has an attitude towards people of color which I don’t understand. I ordered a drink and I asked for him to go light on the ice. He proceeds to scream at me “hot or cold” I say cold and light on the ice. He hangs up and tells me to wait. I wait 5 mins holding up a line. So I decide to move up. When I moved up he took my money and took 10 mins to prepare me a small hot coffee I didn’t ask for. Mind you i ordered large and cold. He proceeds to then give me the cup. I politely said I didn’t order hot. He grabbed the cup out of my hand aggressively closed the window and cuss me out in Arabic like I didn’t know the language. Within a blink of an eye he brings me milk concoction that tasted horrible. I just left. Worst experience of my life. Also this isn’t the only encounter I had with this man. He is always like this towards anybody black. ATP don’t work there if you don’t like the job or the people you serve point blank period. Don’t go here if you value yourself. Drinks are nasty, workers are disrespectful, and youll get discriminated against in a blink of an eye. I wish I could rate —stars. It’s horrible I can never put it to words

Worst customer service ever!
I would give zero stars if I could. Discrimination at its finest. This guy called Sean was talking my order and he gave me a bitter taste drink so I asked him if he can give me one shot of Carmel in a small cup and I was gonna pay that. He said no he’ll put in my drink but not give it to me with a separate cup. I said I am not feeling comfortable for you to take my drink and put Carmel in it, I would rather have you to remake it for me please. He wouldn’t do that as well. He was so rude and giving me attitude. He wasted so much of my time. He was mean overall. His managers Mary was with him and agreeing with him the whole time.
