The three of us dined for the first time. I had the Yallah bowl with Ahi Tuna. Wife and Son had Hawaii bowl. I liked mine, 5 scoops of Tuna with brown rice and fixings. Since this was not my direct choice to dine, I feel like I got what I ordered. Wife and Son, not so much. They only finished about half a bowl each. At $50 for 3, it was spendy.I liked it as a clean, healthy option and would eat again... family not so much.
They seem to mess up almost every order I place online. Consistently. Other locations I’ve had a much better experience with.

I would love to 5 star this place, but one of the things that bother me most is hidden price.I was charged extra for 2 scoop of crab salad (topping that cost $0) but nowhere in the menu has this information. And this was the only topping that I got.The food was really good for the price (around $16 with tax and no drink) but the misguided price made my experience average.I suggest correction about extra topping for IN STORE menu and maybe training the staff about better way to reverse those situations.Vegetarian options: Tofu as proteinParking: Big comercial center with lot of free parkingWheelchair accessibility: No stairs and fairly wide

My boyfriend and I stopped in on Saturday night 2/24 and it seemed like they were short staffed but the one young gal behind the counter ROCKED the line by herself so well. I was so impressed with her knowledge and kindness even with the long line and stress. She for sure kept her composure. I really hope she had a great shift knowing she was so amazing. Also there was a new item on the menu which was like a beef bowl and it was AMAZING. I hope it stays on the menu forever. I would come back just for that every day. It was so delicious and flavorful and I was very grateful I got the last bowl.

To be honest, my friend and I originally planned to eat at Subway, but after seeing this neat place, we decided otherwise.Obviously it being my first time, I had no idea what to order or really even how to order, but the lady working helped me out and gave me the whole rundown and even recommended the Rainbow Bowl to me, which I ordered. I was able to customize it how I wanted and the finished product was delicious! I would definitely go back!The proportions are a good size too, so for someone who eats slow like me, you can ask for a lid and a bag to-go! Great as leftovers too!

I absolutely LOVE Hawaii poke bowl but this location has made my bowl incorrectly several times now. I've tried to contact them via FB messenger no response. I called today, no response. Unless you are ordering in person DO NOT go to this location. These bowls arent cheap and I always order extra and maybe onr out of three times i receive it. My order is more often than not made incorrectly and to top it off, there is no one to complain to. Thus, I will not return to this location as I continue to waste money and not recieve the order made correctly. I am so frustrated with this none existence customer service.

I like that you have a lot of variety of building your bowl. Each step has up to 12 items to choose from. I always go with the mixed greens and 3 scoops of salmon with panzu. The amount of food you receive is worth the price. I can never finish a bowl in one sitting, however, putting your leftovers in the fridge for later is okay because the food can survive a few hours. If you want a healthier meal I would recommend trying this place. The staff in Apple Valley are always nice and polite, even if you have to think about what you want. I have never eaten at the joint, but would not mind because they are always clean.
