Ihop WAS a place for decent food AND good prices. Food is the same, but apparently, since the renovation, that means jack up all the prices. 6.59 for a single slice of ham. Over $5 for a side of hashbrowns. The list goes on. My order consisted of 2 slices of ham. How disappointing. More like two bites.

My family and I went out for brunch two weeks ago after church. We had the most lovely waitress named Elizabeth at the Apple Valley location. She was cheerful and had such a bubbly delightful personality! It was so refreshing! She was very sweet and kind taking our orders and made sure that we were satisfied with our meals. The food was delicious. Food service is not easy and brunch on a Sunday can be busy. Elizabeth made our experience a great one. Thank you Elizabeth. Keep being you!

It has been a while since we have eaten at iHop in Apple Valley, but we decided to give it another try. The service was fantastic and the food was great!
It was a Saturday, and there were several families with younger children, which made it kinda loud. The host gave me a menu, and when I chose an item from the menu, my waitress told me that the menu was only offered Monday through Friday, so I had to pick something else. The food was excellent, and my food came pretty quickly for it being a busy Saturday.

We were here for a birthday celebration for my granddaughter. We chose IHOP over Perkins because the website said kids eat free on Wednesday.
I'm 65 and didn't like the offerings on the "Seniors" side of the menu, so I ordered a regular breakfast meal. My bacon and hashbrowns were both very greasy. Also had lukewarm pancakes. The coffee tasted like it had been on the burner for many, many hours. I asked for a seniors discount, and the rude manager said, "we don't do that. That's why we have a seniors menu. "
When the bill came, we were charged for the kids anyway. They also added an 18% graitituy to our bill automatically. I thought tipping was an option on how well the service was not mandatory. Lesson learned here. I'll not be back to the Apple Valley, MN I hope ever again. This is the worst restaurant I've eaten at in years. Guess I should have taken a clue from the empty parking lot and all the open tables in the building. So head over to the Burnsville,MN location. If you really want to give Ihop your business, they might be better.

Zero stars. Google says you're open to 10 pm on Mondays. YOUR OWN WEBSITE says open til 10 pm. So when I pull up at 845pm, naturally you are closed. Wasted trip. Won't be back. If you can't handle something this simple I don't know what to tell you.
