By far the worse McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Thank goodness the new one in town is open. Every single time I’ve order food at this restaurant in particular, fries have been old or not even warm. Burgers have been cool or sloppy. It’s truly sad.

Good food. They are super busy so the place is a little messy. If you want to order at the counter it will take awhile because they depend on people using the kiosks. They make mistakes dude to the high volume but they make up for it with free vouchers and are very understanding. Not the worst McDonald's I've been to for sure.

I got the deluxe hamburger with cheese, lettuce and tomato, fries and a strawberry shake with whipped cream. It was so good and so worth it!!

McGriddle or McBrittle? Sausage McGriddle this morning almost chipped my tooth biting into what must have been a 3 day old McGriddle bun. If you are going to use old, stale buns you need to discount your price.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Super racist too!

Horrible experience, customer service is was the worst I have ever experienced. The worker at the counter failed to provide assist when my transaction on the self serve was failed. He then proceeded to take my order at the register and didn’t ring up the correct order, then took my card to pay by himself. I told him it was not the correct amount of money, he seemed to not care and walked away. I asked for the manager and he came back, he was rude and just tried to get out of the situation by offering me a dollar. Moral of the story it was horrible customer service and I couldn’t get to the manager for help.

Got my order right, except I think the used hot coffee for the iced, instead of the cold brew. Most of the ice was melted, and the coffee was very diluted.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, but not celiac
Guy named Ryan to the fabulous job in the Drive-Thru not just by getting the order right but by actually having a personality. The manager at the next window was just as welcoming.

I had the worst experience at this McDonald's. This customer service was absolutely appalling. The workers were prejudice towards us, and treated my friends and I like we were some second class citizen. This is not what to expect in America in 2025. The food is also cold, and poorly cooked. It didn't appear as though the employees were practicing safe food handling. All around a very disappointing experience, I understand it's McDonald but I thought they had some standards. I also think I saw a rat.
