Found this place from Maps App. Was looking to get burgers for take out. It was pretty easy to order food from the menu online and I ended up getting two burgers, a sandwich, fish fillers from kids menu, artichoke dip, and cheese curds. Everything was so delicious and visually impressive as well. Artichoke dip was fabulous. My smash burger was huge! Philly sandwich was packed with stuffing. Just french fries were soggy from steaming in the take-out container, but couple minutes in the airfield and they were perfectly crispy.
Loved the food! Definitely will be back for more.

My wife and I love Newt's and were first introduced to your restaurant in Rochester by our son. We live in Rosemount and frequently visit the Newt's in Apple Valley. I would say once per every other week on average. Food is awesome and like your bar staff. Only complaint is the Apple Valley location runs out of popcorn a lot or stops making it early. We get to the restaurant around 7 or sometimes 8pm and it is out, almost empty, or many times they start cleaning the machine early. We came last weekend around 8:30 and the machine was cleaned and empty. We left and went to Union 32. We were going to go around 8pm a couple days ago and didn't even bother because we figured the machine would be cleaned and empty again. We always get a few drinks and usually dinner or an appetizer and like to chat, drink and eat popcorn. Rochester always has a full machine and late into the evening. Please make this change at Apple Valley. We typically spend around $40-60 and what is a few $1.50 bags of popcorn to keep us coming back.

We were seated past another person in a booth. Sat for almost 10 minutes. Another couple came in and another waitress came to them to take their drink order. Than another couple was sat behind us in our section. The waitress wakes right by us and took their drink order. We got up and left to another restaurant across town. Was seated, ordered our food and ate all I. 33 minutes and that restaurant was full and was a Mexican restaurant not a fast food. I had started a stop watch after the first couple was taken care of before us and the stop watch was left running.

Warm atmosphere, satisfying food, the favorited popcorn, and good memories. If tou got to know Newt's in Rocheater and enjoyed it, you will equally enjoy the Apple Valley location. First time there a day ago, and it was so good to enjoy it, like coming home, without having to drive to Rochester to do so. Chicken tenders were juicy, and never had an empty glass.

We order two smash burger meals and crispy fish from kids meals.Everything was over cooked including the fries. Tasted very dry smash burger patty was extremely dried.

Sign is correct, Great burgers and cold beer. Outside that, about as exciting as a Mormon birthday party. Seriously though, burgers were on point I wouldn't suggest the patty melt if you're from L.A. they used sourdough instead of rye. Rounded up, 70 bucks for 2 burger meals and 2 pints of tapped Seuado Sue. Red Robin can suck it compared to this place.
