Waiting in front of the register for 20 (Yes 20 as I was keeping track) minutes for any sort of acknowledgement. They were working on some online orders. I am aware they noticed me as they glanced up and walked by to put to-go orders in the window. I am forgiving to some of the waiting but with zero acknowledgement, it was an embarrassing to hopefully a manager to have that in your store.
The girl at the front was so kind! Kudos to Emily!!!
We love to come here. Have almost the same thing every time and you can get reward points and get free things.
To go order after to do order while I wait here for my food that I payed for like 15-20 minutes ago. Take care of those in your restaurant first.
I don't know how you mess up a salad. I said NO avocado, NO feta cheese. EXTRA cucumbers. YOU DIDNT EVEN PUT THE TOMATO that's DEFAULT in the salad.
Pathetic. WILL NOT be going back to this location and I WILL tell every single person I every talk to, to avoid this location.
Just ordered a to go and my mac was cold. Maybe warm if that. My noodles also were not re cooked long enough low key a little hard. Also why it took 8min to make my mac when there was no one else. It should take 5min max.
Twice in a row the website auto tipped even though I hit none before paying. Very annoying.
Always good food and service here.
Apple Valley always has very friendly and helpful staff. So far everything my wife and I have had was delicous.

I waited 10 minutes to order. The girl working did not speak to us. I ended up leaving hungry. Absolute crappy customer service.
The noodles were undercooked the sauce was cold the flavors were gross. All around disappointing. I felt completely ripped off. NO ONE in the kitchen is paying attention to the product they are serving it’s a huge rip off
