One of the best restaurants in Apple Valley. And honestly one of the best sushi spots in the Metro. Always fresh, delicious, and fast service. Dine in or take out. Love this spot.

We’ve been here so, so many times both with our children and for date nights. Food is always excellent and fairly priced for the quality and portion size. It rivals any major sushi restaurant in Minneapolis/downtown but within the comfort of suburbia.

While food is the main reason you go to a restaurant, this review is mainly for our server - this guy always has a great attitude, is prompt with service, and never fails to make me laugh. Very witty, patient with our occasionally unruly toddler, and just an honest joy to have take care of our table. My husband and I are both in the service industry and know firsthand how difficult finding quality staff (& servers in general) can be; I wish I knew his name, but this guy has made dining out great again! ;)

We went here for a quick date night, and it was okay overall. The restaurant is very small, but the staff was nice when we got seated. We were a bit shocked about how pricey the menu was especially the appetizers. They had a good selection of classic sushi but nothing special. I had the BMW roll, which was good and typical. I was a bit unhappy with seeing our waitress not only bus the tables but then make the sushi as the sushi chef left for a bit. That overall felt unsanitary. The bathroom was clean and parking was open, quick, and easy. I am glad we tried it but nothing was special enough to have us come back.

Ooka has awesome sushi and Miso soup!!! Don't forget the salad!!!!

I had sashimi, rolls, and sushi. The fish served were some of the best quality I've had.

Wonderful, so glad we stopped in, will be back. Just as good if not better then benihana. Soup was for sure better!
