Honestly food is good, not really sure how the consistency of portion really goes because there have been times where my burrito is huge and then there are times where they make them kind of small but I have to say the food tastes good and at least the food gets me full.

They constantly cook their steak between rare and medium-rare at best. A true rare steak (≈120–130°F) and many medium-rare steaks (≈130–140°F) never reach 145°F, even briefly. This is explicitly against food safety standards under the conditions which they store and serve the steak. They also do not disclose the below standard temps of their beef. I’ve brought it up several times and they always say “this is how we do it”. It probably should be reported, but short of that I would not order the steak here.

Tasty, and their chips with queso are phenomenal along with anything with a tortilla. I come here almost specifically for their tortilla dishes!

Best food and customer services I’ve ever received at a pancheros. Jose has made every experience I’ve had at pancheros the best. He is one of the most personable men I’ve met, he has created such a happy environment. I drive almost 30 minutes just to come to this location. He has the best crew members as well. By far the best “fast” food I’ve ever had.

Fresh ingredients and kind and friendly staff. Loved the chicken burrito with guacamole and sour cream and the sweet iced tea. Large and quiet sitting area.

Owners are so nice and welcoming! They gave recommendations because it was my first time and it was so helpful! The chips and queso are mind blowing! Tasted fresher than any store you could get chips at.
