Best food and customer services I’ve ever received at a pancheros. Jose has made every experience I’ve had at pancheros the best. He is one of the most personable men I’ve met, he has created such a happy environment. I drive almost 30 minutes just to come to this location. He has the best crew members as well. By far the best “fast” food I’ve ever had.

Fresh ingredients and kind and friendly staff. Loved the chicken burrito with guacamole and sour cream and the sweet iced tea. Large and quiet sitting area.

Owners are so nice and welcoming! They gave recommendations because it was my first time and it was so helpful! The chips and queso are mind blowing! Tasted fresher than any store you could get chips at.

Half the time they are not washing their hands between doing things and going back to making the food. Today the worker was going to mix my burrito with a dirty mixing spoon that was used on the burrito before me. I stopped her and she looked at me like it was stupid to grab a clean one. Well half the things my friend got on his, I'm allergic to and could easily send me to the hospital... very very disappointed today. The food here is absolutely amazing, but not sure its worth dying for? Workers need more training on things that could get them in trouble with health expectors.

Tried it for the first time yesterday. The tortilla wasn't cooked all the way and most of it stuck to the wrapper. I had to make a bowl out of it. I don't think I'll be back.

I believe it is a lot better than Chipotle. Love their fresh press burrito wraps

We had a great experience at Pancheros in Apple Valley! The burrito was made perfectly—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and wrapped just right. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the store was very clean and well-kept. Plus, the service was quick, which is always a bonus. Definitely coming back!

Not quite sure what to make of this restaurant. Got a bowl and it felt like a cheap, salty knockoff of Chipotle. The guac had enough salt to preserve a buffalo.

I really enjoy coming here. Quick. Easy. Food is good. Friendly employees. Usually always well kept and clean and not nearly as chaotic and messy as its competitors.

First time here, no one greeted me they spend 5 min preparing online orders while I stood there waiting. Chicken looked wet. I just left.
