I got an almond bear claw, it was dry stale and nothing like what they use to have. Friendly clerk but a rude Hispanic woman who cut infront of me after I ordered and was giving me the raspberries. I try to understand people but she was rude and than I get an over priced bear claw tat was horrible. I WILL never go to Panera again!

This is the 2nd time in a month I have been to this Panera with bad results. Today, the food was noticeably poorly made. Salad was almost half lettuce stock including end, soup had giant chunks of leaves in it and tasted flavorless. For $17, I can go to a lot of different places for better food. A week ago, I was the only car in the drive thru, ordered a bagel and it took 7 minutes. I am done with this Panera for a while.

I stopped at this Panera and ordered pastries and a half-dozen bagels. When I picked up my order, the pastries were in a box, but the bagels were just thrown on top of the box with no separate bag. That felt careless and unprofessional. For the price Panera charges, I expected a bit more care and basic packaging.

Panera bread at this location is really solid. Their staff is super nice and if there is any issue they make it right every time. There tea is always fresh, their food is always piping hot. You just really can't ask for more.

I came to this Panera after a previous bad experience (only because I had a gift card) and I’m sad to say I was disappointed yet again. My bowl was absolutely filthy, it had grime in it that I was able to wipe away, which meant that it was leaking into my food. The outside of the bowl was also dirty and had dirt or scuff marks. My mac & cheese also tasted gross and my muffin was rock hard. This place is bottom of the barrel, worse than hospital food. They wouldn’t give me a refund this place is terrible.

My bowl was absolutely filthy, it had grime on the outside and inside WHICH CAME OFF INTO THE MAC AND CHEESE! It wasn’t just a stain, it was loose filth and grime. Disgusting. This place is worse than hospital food, seriously don’t waste your money here.
