I came to this Panera after a previous bad experience (only because I had a gift card) and I’m sad to say I was disappointed yet again. My bowl was absolutely filthy, it had grime in it that I was able to wipe away, which meant that it was leaking into my food. The outside of the bowl was also dirty and had dirt or scuff marks. My mac & cheese also tasted gross and my muffin was rock hard. This place is bottom of the barrel, worse than hospital food. They wouldn’t give me a refund this place is terrible.

My bowl was absolutely filthy, it had grime on the outside and inside WHICH CAME OFF INTO THE MAC AND CHEESE! It wasn’t just a stain, it was loose filth and grime. Disgusting. This place is worse than hospital food, seriously don’t waste your money here.

BEWARE OF “GROUP” SIZE - $27 chicken noodle soup is falsely advertised on the website as serving 4 for a group. After pouring the broth into two normal sized cereal bowls, they weren’t even half full and we saw two pieces of chicken, a few carrots, and like ten noodles which would barely serve 1. I submitted a case for a refund that says 1-3 business days for a response, and in the meantime, off to Target to buy canned soup -
Update: They refunded it that week with no apology or acknowledgement of the discrepancy in quality advertised versus received

I get the homestyle chicken soup often, it is shocking how many times they mess my order up and end up going home to find out I have someone different. This is now the fourth time it has happened. Make sure you are checking your order before driving home.

Man. French dippers sound awesome! Too bad I was told they cannot sell me one because they are out of the specific bread. If only Panera stocked like, other bread....of any type....and could (hear me out) make the sandwich with a bread they DO have. That would have been amazing.
Except I was told at 715 on Saturday night that that just wasn't doable.
