Very nice place, very amazing food,,, I go there a lot and like yeah the people already know me and my parents and like yeah,,, it’s very cool and since I tried pho I fell in love with it, very niceee and I also love their iced coffee with condensed milk it’s very nice!!

I have tried a few different things. Everything I have had has been so wonderful. The Pho soups are the best. I have been to quite a few and Pho Valley is rhe best by far. The owners sons are amazing. The are so engaging and hilarious. They remember my order and everyone is so friendly and nice. I give them 10 stars if I could. The ingredients are so fresh
My new favorite joint! The staff is fun and friendly but the food is the real star of the show! I ordered the Pho Tai and it was excellent!! The ingredients were fresh and delicious, beautifully sliced beef, fresh lime, purple basil, jalapeno and cilantro, crisp bean sprouts, rice noodles with a perfect chew and that broth!!! Oh my!!
If you love a good bowl of Pho, don't miss this place!!

I absolutely love Pho Valley! The food is always delicious, and the staff are consistently cheerful and quick with service.
I highly recommend the vermicelli salad with grilled pork and egg roll—it’s my go-to dish. For dessert, the avocado smoothie with boba is a must-try. I’m a huge bubble tea fan, and their boba is always fresh and perfectly chewy—never the stale or overly soft kind you sometimes get elsewhere. They truly use fresh fruit; once, they even let me know the avocado wasn’t ripe yet and suggested I try the taro smoothie instead (also amazing!).
Pho Valley is a true hidden gem in Apple Valley, and we’re so lucky to have it!

Great service and even better food! I had the Vermicelli with pork and egg rolls and my party had the bah mi sandwich and the meatball pho. Everyone shared that this was the best Vietnamese food that they've had in Minnesota.
