This is my second time ordering ahead and arriving at the requested time only to find out they had not even put the order in yet. We like the food but last time it took 45 minutes (after pickup time) to get the food. I put this order in 24 hours in advance anticipating they would be busy. Unfortunately I got the same answer of “part of your order was not put in” and had to wait again. $150 order and not even an apology from a manager. I guess we are done with this place.

Nothing's wrong with the place. Average pizzas, some good chicken, some dry, or some too salty. Wish they serve peaches and cottage cheese, I don't know if they still do, but they didn't tonight. Am a regular customer from Pizza Ranch, Morris, MN since 1986, the fats didn't shed off ever since. Good old mashed potatoes and gravy. ;)

Great food.. One gripe had about the whole thing was that they use ketchup packets vs a dispenser when they could use the same type of bottles they have for salad dressing for ketchup

I needed gluten free pizza for a kids event, and this Pizza Ranch was the closest place. Their pizza is more of a thin/crispy crust, and tasted great! I made an error while ordering, and they graciously made everything right for me which was over and above, in my opinion. Great customer service!

First time dining here in a year and a half! Good Salad Bar....I like the fact that you can order the pizza that you desire and they will serve you at your table, before it is placed on the Pizza Buffet! My husband enjoys the Food Bar as well.

Always the place where everyone in the family will find something they love on the menu. Always clean, Hot and Fresh. Try the taco pizza and a piece of pressure broasted super juicy chicken, finish off with a slice of their hot cookie. Just Delish if you have never been must try.
