Rude, chicken was cold burnt and dry. Very disappointed in the service. Employee taking the order at the drive thru was quit rude. No greeting and no thank you. Red beans and rice was dry hard rice and no red beans the biscuit was also dry. I have eaten from may Popeyes in the city and never had a complaint or experience like This one, with so much competition in Apple Valley with chicken I was very disappointed.

Service was slow as molasses in,well, march! I was the only person ordering, but it still took five minutes to get my food and the cashier still looked out into the empty room and called out the order number!? I was standing right in front of her! Dining area tiny,seats uncomfortable, walls blank and sterile (not in a good way),room subject to drafts from entry.

I ordered two orders of 12 Classic chicken wings And I was charged for 12 but only got six in each of them. and I called and called and called. They don’t even answer no message nothing and it’s not the first time because my kids even say before we order it “let’s go inside because they will get our order wrong” I just didn’t listen. how hard can be.

Popeyes use to be our favorite chicken and we hadn't eaten there in a while so we decided to try again but we're disappointed. Chicken was dry , mashed potatoes had very little gravy, coleslaw was WAY different, and most of all the recipe for everything changed for the worse. NOT THE SAME FLAVOR ANYMORE!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD POPEYES WE GREW UP WITH AND LOVED. I get it things change but should change that drastically. We thought the coleslaw was pasta because the cuts were so big like pasta and the flavor was not there. Coleslaw actually tasted like garden salad with plain ranch dressing. Sorry I don't normally do bad reviews but we were disappointed.

Date of Visit: 11/22/25 - Ordered at the counter at 5:44PM, there was one in drive-thru and one other individual in the restaurant. Received food at 6:03PM. Chicken & fries were hot and flavorless (did they forget the cajun seasoning?), mac & cheese was a microwaved/congealed mess. Generally, we love Popeyes so we're willing to give it another shot, but this visit missed the mark.
