I was so excited to know that a Popeyes was close by, I couldn’t wait to try it! However I got there to order the service was terrible and he was rude. I asked if they had any specials I seen that there was a $5 special on tv, he didn’t seem pleased that I asked about that, he automatically told me that we have a meal for 8$ dude if I wanted a meal I would have ordered that.He didn’t ask if I want spicy or mild like most Popeyes, white or dark meat. Got to the window paid for my food then I asked if I could get a water cup he goes 1.60 for a water !! But before that he tried to give me a literal water cup with no lid. His name was like Pie or something. Don’t waste your time going to this one they are RUDEEEEE…. NOT PLEASED AT ALL

Gave this location three tries and every time they messed up my order and forgot something, once only giving me a sandwich when I ordered a combo and an extra side. Every time I go to Popeyes my order is missing things! Extremely frustrating!
Ordered on the Popeyes app for 8pm pick up. Got there at 8pm. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Complained to the manager on duty. He apologized, and yet my order was STILL wrong.
Absolutely terrible. Not worthwhile. Will not come again.

This lady is ridiculous since she gave me the wrong name I took a pic. Today I took my autistic client, who never gets out, here. I ordered while sitting in the parking lot and he was to go in and get his food with the order #, which is all I normally use. There was an error message, I refresh the page, and it says order submitted. I realized it submitted the order incorrectly. He went in right away to explain but she treated him terribly, she wouldn’t let him explain then told him she can’t give him his order without a name. He’s confused and give my work nickname, she tells him no and sends him away. I go in to try to fix things and she treated me ignorantly when I was trying to explain, she said the order has been filled you take it. But it hadn’t been filled when he told her. Then she rifled through the bag of food for zero reason at all and pushed it towards me, while I’m texting support on their home page. She thought I was trying to get a refund so she took the food back acted like she was going to change it but didn’t. I spend close to $150 per month here, and she knows it, what a shame.

Main reason for poor rating. Food was not that tasty at ALL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, NOT WORTH THE MONEY BEING PAID.
Got a side of beans and rice and with the container being smaller than in the past, these tight wads only fill it up half full. Went back to ask for more and the manager had the nerve to tell me the owner instructed them to use only one spoon full. REALLY?? FOR BEANS AND RICE??
WELL OWNER ILL TELL YOU, ME AND MY 6 FAMILY MEMBERS WILL EAT AT A DIFFERENT POPEYES SINCE YOU WANT TO BE CHEAP AND FRUGAL.
JUST REMEMBER, THE CUSTOMERS WILL DECIDE HOW LONG YOU WILL BE IN YOUR NEWLY BUILT BUILDING. THERE ARE SO MANY RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM AND THEY WILL GO THERE INSTEAD OF YOURS.
This may be the reason they don't list a phone number so when they make a mistake, you can't call and complain.

Worst Popeye’s experience I’ve ever had.
Order took way longer than it should have even though we were the only order for about 15 minutes. Biscuits were dry. Fries were nothing special. Chicken was… ok, but I’ve had better.
Don’t take kids here. There’s no kids menu or even kids drinks on the menu.
They also only had sporks, and you had to ask for extra napkins from behind the counter.
I don’t know if management here is in extreme cost cutting mode or just incompetent but I won’t be eating here again.

It's nice to have a Popeye's on this side of the river but the place is tiny with five small tables and one high top. They keep basically everything behind the counter so you have to ask for it. The bathrooms are one person. It's also the slowest Popeyes I've been to.
