Very disappointed of this Qdoba, Apple Valley Mn location. First time and not sure if I will be back, chicken had such a char taste it was so overwhelming. And don't use the restroom unless your covering your face with a mask. It has such a rancid sewer smell it's so nauseating. Chips were stale the only good thing was the queso.

This was SUCH a pleasant experience. When we moved closer to the SHAKOPEE location we were so excited only to be met with the most absurd service by 15 y.o. Kids that I have ever had. When I ordered 3 burritos they opened a bag of MISSION TORTILLAS…from the grocery store…saying they ran out @ 2pm on a Saturday….huh? Absolutely ridiculous!
So I made a promise to myself not to eat at another Qdoba or “****fast food Mexican hub****”- IYKYK!
Until I was able to let the NEW APPLE VALLEY Qdoba redeem my faith in it being ~THE~ superior fast food burrito brand!! I was NOT disappointed! ??????
This was an amazing experience I cannot wait to go again! The workers were so kind & quick…& THEY STILL HAD QDOBA MADE TORTILLAS AN HOUR PRIOR TO CLOSE!!…fantastic. Premium!

I so was looking forward to this restaurant being in our neighborhood. Never again. Ordered 3 tacos and they were put together as if our being there was an inconvenience. Sloppy and that’s being kind. The server put all the ingredients in one taco-I pointed out the ingredients were not evenly distributed between the three. He told me you can divide it up when you sit down. I cancelled my order and left. For the prices these places charge, I shouldn’t have to reassemble my order when I get to my table. Servers also argued over who should have to help me and my daughter with our order. So unprofessional. No effort was made to make things right. I will not be back although I do hope they can learn from their mistakes. Hate to see any business not make it.

Went in for the first time. I ordered a quesadilla, tacos and a burrito for my family. They charged me 1.99 for 1 salsa and 2.58 for 1 sour cream on the side because I didn’t want it to be soggy. It was so petty. I won’t be returning and will just stick to the other place.

Busy lunch but the staff was fast friendly we got in and out
I I went to eat there. I was asking a question about the steak why they put in a little bit only and then she told me if I don’t like it to go to chipotle and I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager, the worst, worst worst worst worst customer service ever in my entire life,
