I had the worst experience at that restaurant. I was attended by a very rude Somali woman. She wasn’t listening to what I was telling her and served the food however she felt like it. I told her to put the cheese on the side, and she put it all over the plate. She got very mad and when she started serving again, she started throwing the food into the bowl in a very rude manner and began putting very small amounts of each item. You should be more selective when hiring their staff and hire people who are more polite and courteous.

If you order online, pick it up at the counter- not the shelf. I assume that the shelf is for delivery drivers?
Very tasty. Ordering online is very easy, and if you don't want to make an account to order, you don't have to. It's also easy to customize. My burrito was clean, and made with care- not thrown together.

I really enjoy qdoba — it’s such a nice change of pace from Chipotle. The flavors feel fresher and more unique, and I love that they use different ingredients and seasonings that make the food stand out. The fresh-pressed tortillas alone are a huge win — you can taste the difference right away. The meats are flavorful, the toppings feel a little more bold, and the overall burrito just has more character. It’s familiar enough to satisfy a burrito craving, but different enough that it doesn’t feel like the same meal you’ve had a hundred times. If you’re looking to switch things up and try something that still delivers quality, fresh ingredients, qdoba is a great alternative to Chipotle. Definitely a go-to spot when I want a burrito that feels a little more special and less predictable. 🌯

Great food/service on a large takeout order for 25 people!
Ok, I’m biased, Qdoba’s meats and toppings are way better that the other guy’s so I’ll eat at any Qdoba and leave happy. (Try the chicken….amazing!) I was buying lunch for a large group. I ordered online less than 48 hours before pickup and my bags of food were ready to go with a huge smile on the employee helping me out. He greeted me right away, thanked me profusely for the order, and offered to help me carry it out to my car.
I’ll definitely be going back to this Qdoba location. I hope to see you there!

Good food, good service. I ordered a catering order for the wrong day. I was down to the wire. Called and Jasmine was so friendly, told me to head to the store. Got there and Isaiah was working hard to get my order together. Something that usually takes 2 hours of prep, Isaiah did in 30. He was friendly in spite of my burdens. Thank you guys for all your help and going above!
If I could give a 0 I would, the short Latina girl is so rude. You don’t get greeted when you come in & they just leave you standing there until they get ready to take your order. She kept rolling her eyes for no apparent reason & the guy that was making my burrito didn’t seem very nice either. As he made my burrito he was just throwing the food onto the burrito & I asked is there a problem because they seemed so mad like they didn’t want to be there. The girl then looked up at me talking to him & continued to roll her eyes & mumbling under her breath & shaking her head. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced & they will never get another dollar from me or my family!

While the food itself was decent, our experience was deeply upsetting. As PURE VEGETARIANS, we were shocked to find MEAT in one of our bowls. Upon bringing this to the staff’s attention, we were told that a refund could not be issued. This is unacceptable, and the mistake occurred due to a lack of focus and rushing in the kitchen.
