Good food, good service. I ordered a catering order for the wrong day. I was down to the wire. Called and Jasmine was so friendly, told me to head to the store. Got there and Isaiah was working hard to get my order together. Something that usually takes 2 hours of prep, Isaiah did in 30. He was friendly in spite of my burdens. Thank you guys for all your help and going above!

If I could give a 0 I would, the short Latina girl is so rude. You don’t get greeted when you come in & they just leave you standing there until they get ready to take your order. She kept rolling her eyes for no apparent reason & the guy that was making my burrito didn’t seem very nice either. As he made my burrito he was just throwing the food onto the burrito & I asked is there a problem because they seemed so mad like they didn’t want to be there. The girl then looked up at me talking to him & continued to roll her eyes & mumbling under her breath & shaking her head. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced & they will never get another dollar from me or my family!

While the food itself was decent, our experience was deeply upsetting. As PURE VEGETARIANS, we were shocked to find MEAT in one of our bowls. Upon bringing this to the staff’s attention, we were told that a refund could not be issued. This is unacceptable, and the mistake occurred due to a lack of focus and rushing in the kitchen.

Contemplated writing a review but I’m STILL thinking about this and it’s been a month. We were helped by a girl with purple hair. Don’t know a name as there was no name tag. Someone needs to teach her about basic customer service. I don’t even expect a smile and bubbly personality, but at least stay neutral while doing your job….The whole interaction felt as though we were inconveniencing her. I think she rolled her eyes at least 6 different times. Her tone was incredibly rude and she snapped back multiple times when asked questions, not even allowing us to finish our question at times. I’m not one to ever snap back or complain, and thought maybe I was misreading the situation, until my sister looked over at me and gave me a look to say “what is going on here?”. There were customers in line behind me watching this interaction, and it felt almost embarrassing to be treated the way she treated us. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As stated before, I’m not one to speak out or snap back at workers. Would hate to see how she would interact with a difficult customer who would fight back.

For context, I order through doordash to get lunch delivered while at work. For the past month, this location has shown no white rice nor black beans available to select on the doordash app. The only options are brown rice and pinto. I had hoped it would have been resolved by now, but it hasn't. I may still order with one missing ingredient, but two leads me to order lunch elsewhere.
