I LOVE Rascals! First, the food. The food, specifically the Mac and cheese and the warm salted caramel brownie, is all handmade in-store and it shows. Mac and cheese is my favorite food but so hard to find well made as I’ve grown past my teenage years. After testing Mac and cheese in probably 75 restaurants since then, Rascals is legitimately the only one I like and will get. It’s one of the few that’s not bland and the only one I know bursting with flavor!

During one of my visits, they accidentally dropped my order from my party's queue, but they immediately recognized the mistake, apologized sincerely, and even gave me my meal for free without me asking.
