The drink I got before close it was like 10 at night 12/11/24 so I expected them to be half dead , but when I pulled up they were really nice both of the workers I’ve never been at this location . I usually go to savage or shakopee , but this location made my drink the best of them all. Will be going back if I am in the area .

On my most recent visit to this location, i took the drive through, and the order person didnt take our order correctly. Then when we paid and they tried to hand us the wrong product, we mentioned we ordered match not chia. The person taking payment at the window proceeded to tell us that we didnt order match we ordered chia... ? im pretty sure i know what i ordered.... they continue to tell us how its not what we orded. Im sorry that your employees dont listen to customers, But trust me when i say i didnt order a chia tea, but i ordered matcha.. i am 100% sure that i ordered matcha and not chia tea. Your employees need to learn to listen and or press the correct buttons on the computer and not blame the customer for their lack of listening.

They get pretty busy. The staff work hard, there just aren't enough of them. The bathroom was a mess, out of toilet paper. Some of the furniture is wearing out.

They should close the place and keep the drive thru only. Not the place to hang out. There is no atmosphere. Just rushed baristas doing drive thru. Nothing on service bar, not even creamer, sugar, sleves or napkins. Rude staff. People comming in are treated as if we interrupting their drive thru service. Cashier not ready. Its confussing that the pick up orders are at cashier. Trashy sticky floors. Looks like a bus stop. Behind the counter trash everywhere. Limited items. They are either short staffed, ill organized or too consumed by drive thru.

Lueberry muffin was awesome. The (new) chicken maple butter sandwich was dry. Not sure if a splash of male syrup would make it better, or what. But it did taste good!
