Ordered three drinks on Saturday and three kids got sick! What the heck is wrong with this store and employees?

I order delivery from this store occasionally. Almost every time without fail the order is screwed up. I will order an iced drink with whipped cream and mocha drizzle. (It is an upchange of like 50 cents) Every time I order it no whipped cream which means no mocha drizzle. Why is this such a hard thing to get right? I can't be possibly ordering every time you are out of whipped cream.

Ive been to several other stores in the area that seem to have more drinks in stock then this location. They unfortunately only carried my favorite drink chestnut praline for 2 weeks.....its a holiday flavor. There is no more pumpkin spice. They also were sold out of almost every drink this morning except peppermint mocha ( no gingerbread anything). For this store being such a busy location and with a drive-through, I really wish they'd make sure they ordered enough.

The person who helped me at the registers was great at figuring out how to transfer my gift card to my Starbucks account. I appreciated the customer service, and the attentiveness shown to both me and my partner. Our order was out pretty fast despite the amount of people there. I really enjoyed my Peppermint Mocha, and my partner enjoyed their Gingerbread Chai. The atmosphere seemed to be bustling, but cozy. The restaurant seemed to be both clean and quiet. I will be back!

Received wrong drink Ordered iced not hot DT girl spilled drink all over me and my car 2nd degree burn on my leg Stared at me like she was dumb as a box of rocks No apology for any of it Oh! And had to ask her for napkins as she dumbly stared into my car and just watched
Was told I receive a credit for my drink (LIKE THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM!) I have a burn and everything is covered in milk in my car
HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY UNTIL THEY HIRE COMPETENT HUMANS

I visited this location on May 30,2025 at appx. 9:10pm. I was not greeted by either of the 2 people I saw working. And my drinks were not made correctly. I get this drink all the time at other locations. The drinks tasted like watered down cocoa. I will not visit this location again.

Very nice and clean from remodel, but employees are very ignorant and rude. Don’t care about customer service.
I go to this location and I regret it every time I do. They made my drink absolutely disgusting. My matcha has chunks everywhere in it. I can’t believe they looked at this and thought it was ok to give to a customer. A seven dollar drink… I’m disgusted I go to take a sip and it’s all matcha chunks. Gross.

This is literally the SLOWEST Starbucks in the twin cities. Take your business to cliff road or pilot knob starbies. 15-25 minutes to process and online order is crazy to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but this is a common occurrence at this location. Even the Starbucks at the UofM can get your drink out in 5-7 minutes.

The drink I got before close it was like 10 at night 12/11/24 so I expected them to be half dead , but when I pulled up they were really nice both of the workers I’ve never been at this location . I usually go to savage or shakopee , but this location made my drink the best of them all. Will be going back if I am in the area .
