Litterally told them to wait on a drink when in the drive through because my kid wasn't sure on her drink of choice and moved to order my drink after my drink asked to switch my daughters drink to be told "well it's already made. Just so you know we make drinks right as you order them." Why did you make it when I told you to wait on it?

Employees were absolutely horrid and rude. Coffee took forever to come out and when I asked for an extra ahit of vanilla the girls behind the counter were dismissive and rude. Not coming back here any time soon

Went to Starbucks to study & drink some coffee. Didn’t even get the level above mediocrity service, and the store is disgusting. Meanwhile, the employees are vaping in the bathroom. (I went to the bathroom and a big cloud of smoke comes out & it smells like fruity pebbles) Do better Starbucks.

Both times I requested no whip. It even says on the sticker and I still get whip. It has happened to me more than twice and as you can see the one on the right is bright in color. Where is the chocolate! Taste very milky. I didn't order milk with very chunky ice! There is no consistency on how the drinks are prepared. The same drink taste different every time.

I've went through the drive through two different times. Both times, they wouldn't touch my coffee mug for the refill, but they'll hand me a coffee in a Starbucks cup. What a joke, I go to other coffee places and they refill my cup. I'll not go back to this location.

If you’re looking for a super slow experience and have no where to be, this is your Starbucks. I don’t know how it could possibly take 25 minutes to make 1 drink, but they achieved it! The amount of drive through and mobile orders completely ruins the in store experience. At 15 minutes of waiting, I asked where my drink was and was told “your sticker hasn’t printed yet” all the while there are 3 girls sending out drinks as fast as they could. Then once I was “next” it still took 10 more minutes. Next time I will drive to Wisconsin or Iowa for faster coffee experience.

Ladies... I came five minutes AFTER when it said my mobile order would be ready. You hadn't taken the order ticket off the printer at that point. Nobody else waiting inside two cars in drivethrough. THREE of you working. Chit chat chit chat chit chat... now workie...

If I could give this Starbucks a 0 I would.
The staff is beyond rude. Very condescending to customers and inconvenienced by customers. I go to Starbucks every day, with our recent move this location is closest , however, I would rather go without than go to this location. I have given this location several chances thinking “oh maybe this batch of staff just aren’t the best” or “maybe they are having a bad day today” however, three months later and it’s even worse. To make matters even worse not only are they rude and, condescending, their throughout is terrible! Plan to spend Atleast 20 minutes inline even on a “slow” day where there are minimal cars in line. But don’t worry when you get to the register you’ll be reminded why you should have gone to a different Starbucks.
I would rather give another business my money than support this business.

Doors is open, lobby is empty and no one in the drive through. I enter the store and the Barista told me they are only taking “online orders and drive through” - she did not take my order. - I left, took my money somewhere else.

Very disappointed!! I went through the drive-through and placed my order at 5:48 and specifically stated when I placed my order that I was there for the $3 beverage they offer on Tuesdays from 12 to 6 PM. Very long wait to get tot the window. When I got up to the window, she told me I owed $6.97. I told her that I had waited in line at the drive-through patiently for over 13 minutes and again was there for the $3 drink. She told me it was not an option because it was now 6:01. I had to wait in the drive-through for well over 13 minutes. So it’s my fault that your drive-through is slow? I left without my drink. Do better!!
