I come to this store almost every morning as it’s right by my house and it’s never the same. The quality has been trash! The staff are either friendly or completely look like they hate their job. I’ve had to come back multiple times to have my order fixed but some days I just can’t because I’m in a rush. It’s basically come to the point of not even going to this store because it’s a waste of my money to get a drink that’s below par in quality and or not even what I ordered. If you have other options, go to another Starbucks.

Okay update went back today
And
No blue berries and I asked for the and they alway alway come with the oatmeal
And missed the other toppings again
I did notice no blueberries
I got a stern talking to that they are additional cost and Next time I’m paying

Then I got the raw nose wipe
The left hand then the right hand w the back of her hand thumb
The nose wipe!
Look it up
where’s the toppings at ***
Ordered oatmeal and they forgot to put the
Nuts and fruit and add ins in the bag
Very frustrating as I was half way to wayzata
I shouldent have to micro manage this
I asked for everything that goes with the oatmeal

look even though this place does have 3.2 Star rating the employees are really nice and its just rush hour thats why they make mistakes when we ordered 2 Caramel ribbon crunch Fraps with extra caramel drizzle we pull up to the window we wait for 5 mins and then they ask to go inside the place and I do. When I go inside the employee gave me $4 gift cards as a sorry for inconvenience and we got the drinks as well sometimes rush hour gets them all confuzzled.

I order the same drink at every Starbucks location and this one is the most consistent at getting it wrong. It's a simple drink, Trenta cold brew with cinnamon powder. Almost every single time they put the classic syrup in it. A cold brew DOES NOT get sweetener in it. Only the cold foam cold brews do. I know this because sometimes I treat myself to the cold foam cold brews but remove the sweetener because I don't care for sweet coffee. Proof is on the app when you order it, it doesn't give you the option to order without sweetener because it DOES NOT get sweetener. It's bad enough waking away from the store and getting a sip of cold brew with sweetener but it makes it even worse when the barista condescendingly tells you to order it without sweetener next time.

It helps to retain heat. These are the little touches that make the experience.

Litterally told them to wait on a drink when in the drive through because my kid wasn't sure on her drink of choice and moved to order my drink after my drink asked to switch my daughters drink to be told "well it's already made. Just so you know we make drinks right as you order them." Why did you make it when I told you to wait on it?

Employees were absolutely horrid and rude. Coffee took forever to come out and when I asked for an extra ahit of vanilla the girls behind the counter were dismissive and rude. Not coming back here any time soon

Went to Starbucks to study & drink some coffee. Didn’t even get the level above mediocrity service, and the store is disgusting. Meanwhile, the employees are vaping in the bathroom. (I went to the bathroom and a big cloud of smoke comes out & it smells like fruity pebbles) Do better Starbucks.

Both times I requested no whip. It even says on the sticker and I still get whip. It has happened to me more than twice and as you can see the one on the right is bright in color. Where is the chocolate! Taste very milky. I didn't order milk with very chunky ice! There is no consistency on how the drinks are prepared. The same drink taste different every time.

I've went through the drive through two different times. Both times, they wouldn't touch my coffee mug for the refill, but they'll hand me a coffee in a Starbucks cup. What a joke, I go to other coffee places and they refill my cup. I'll not go back to this location.
