Went to Starbucks and my sister wanted a Venti, but the lady didn’t listen and gave her a grande. And she wanted it to go because we were leaving, but they gave her a stay cup. My sister went up there to try to have the things changed. They gave her a to go cup, but did not change her drink to a Venti. The workers all rolled their eyes and were very rude when we asked. I also bought a gift card for a friend and She never gave it back to me so when I went up to the counter again, she gave it to me, but rolled her Eyes again!

I think the coffee is excellent. Not so much for their food items. Pleasant and efficient service. Clean and bright surroundings. But I'm not just old fashioned, I'm actually old. My perfect coffee shop would be a little quieter and cozier.

The barista was so rude and she got my order wrong and was rolling her eyes at me when I was apologizing for telling her that my order was wrong!!!!!

Rude,didn't have an order just asked for ice and the employee was absolutely rude. The first time in another employee was rude to me. Not sure what's the deal if they're not getting paid enough or just absolutely hate they're job but something needs to be done about the poor altitude just saying he should know better than to be rude to your neighbor

I come to this store almost every morning as it’s right by my house and it’s never the same. The quality has been trash! The staff are either friendly or completely look like they hate their job. I’ve had to come back multiple times to have my order fixed but some days I just can’t because I’m in a rush. It’s basically come to the point of not even going to this store because it’s a waste of my money to get a drink that’s below par in quality and or not even what I ordered. If you have other options, go to another Starbucks.
Okay update went back today And No blue berries and I asked for the and they alway alway come with the oatmeal And missed the other toppings again I did notice no blueberries I got a stern talking to that they are additional cost and Next time I’m paying
Then I got the raw nose wipe The left hand then the right hand w the back of her hand thumb The nose wipe! Look it up where’s the toppings at *** Ordered oatmeal and they forgot to put the Nuts and fruit and add ins in the bag Very frustrating as I was half way to wayzata I shouldent have to micro manage this I asked for everything that goes with the oatmeal

look even though this place does have 3.2 Star rating the employees are really nice and its just rush hour thats why they make mistakes when we ordered 2 Caramel ribbon crunch Fraps with extra caramel drizzle we pull up to the window we wait for 5 mins and then they ask to go inside the place and I do. When I go inside the employee gave me $4 gift cards as a sorry for inconvenience and we got the drinks as well sometimes rush hour gets them all confuzzled.
