I usually don't write reviews, but it seems when I walk into any retail restaurant with a large order you can kind of expect employees to roll their eyes or seem annoyed that you have a large order. Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). My order was a vague text message from a friend and Braeden was patient with me as I read out the order, asked questions to make sure the order was correct, referred to...
Very disappointed tonight, in fact almost just walked out. An employee was making my sandwich and instead of using a knife to help fold it over, he used his hand... just put it in the sandwich and pulled it out. Thank goodness he had gloves on. But, how unappetizing !!!! I probably should have said something, but didn't at the time. I won't do that again tho!
The staff is always nice and provides great service. It's clean and pretty "empty" most days/times so you don't have a long wait and can eat-in without much noise.
