I made a order, got charged for it, show up and they say they never got it, sorry. That’s it. Never got any food even though I had to pay for it, don’t even have enough time to get anything now. Going back to work without eating lunch. Should be a fun time.

Gave me the wrong order (there was literally only me and another guy in the drive thru how do you mess that up) which I only noticed once I got home. The food (not my order) gave me a terrible stomach ache that lasted a couple days, had to use the restroom every 3 hours. Would not recommend.

So very disappointed. I ordered three soft shell tacos and three hard shell, and unsweetened ice tea and a Diet Pepsi at the drive through. I got home, had a bean burrito, three hard shell tacos ( one was so busted up, had to eat it with a fork.) No sauces, the didn't even ask! and a regular Pepsi, not a diet!
I can understand mistakes, but that many in one order? I was the only one in the drive through. Nobody behind me, nobody in front of me.
I asked the guy it was an unsweetened tea. Neither drinks were marked, so I didn't know which was which. He mumbled something back in a sarcastic voice. Smh The bill came to over $20.

I generally don't complain but this is the third time the Apple Valley Taco Bell has failed to but the tortilla chips in my Lux Box. It's becoming more than obvious they don't want or need my business. I worked in fast food growing up. It's not rocket science to get an order correct and it's thievery not to.

Taco Bell isn't for me anymore. The catina chicken bowl was okay but I don't know if they changed their nacho cheese because it tasted disgusting. The service was awesome! They got my food within three minutes. The food was not good.

Updated review after so long!
Each time I have gone here to this location recently, they have had my order READY literally by the time I pull up. I spend ZERO waiting time, outside of them grabbing it and handing it to me! Absolutely impressed and blown away by how fast it has been consistently! 🔥 Plus it has been hot and fresh each time. Even in the winter when I head home, and it's cold outside. By the time I make it back to my apartment, the food is still very hot and fresh. I have been loving Tbell so much lately and this location has treated me so well. Staff is always with smiles here. Haven't been inside just drive thru only! ✌️

Also the AI order taker at the post is pretty slick/smart.

I enjoy the breakfast burritos (grande) and the grilled cheese burrito. Nacho fries plz never go away I love them so much 💗🥹

Horrible, horrible customer service! I work as a server at a restaurant, and have been in customer service for thirty five years. I am utterly appalled by the service we received tonight THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! It doesn't take much to be courteous through a microphone. From the first moment, we were accused of being rude to the robot that first answered our order. Like literally, as soon as the automated thing came on and we answered that we would like to order, the customer service representative came on and said, " Why are you being rude to the AI?" When, in fact, we weren't being rude, my son was telling them he just got engaged. But to even be accused of being rude to a robot, with nothing but attitude from not only that customer service representative but also the manager after the customer service representative didn't know how to split a payment between a credit card and cash. If you don't like your job and customer service, get a new job. Gross.

I've been going to this store for a long time now. But as of mid year 2024 they have introduced LLM / AI to ordering in the drive through. Until October you could bypass this and talk with a person. No longer. You HAVE to use this crap. I urge folks to vote with your wallet and support companies that aren't looking to kneecap basic customer service jobs all in the same of providing more ROI to their shareholders or franchise owner.

Always double check your order here. It is almost always wrong in my experience. This is the only Taco Bell where I’ve had issues like this. Once or twice is an honest mistake, but they have a consistent pattern of giving the less food or the wrong drinks
