Date of Visit 10/31/25 - It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. Food came out hot, but wasn't on par with other Texas Roadhouse experiences we've had at other locations. It was fine.

This place it’s a job I called 4 times to make an order and they keep hanging up on me. I explained to them that the link sent to my phone was not working and they supposedly called the manager and he said she will neeed to call again. Why can they just take the to go under simple order it’s not like I was ordering a whole cow with pigs. Anyways they never help and the last time for an effort to call ans submit the order they just would not take it. Bad management and way to threat people. I would give them a 0

Absolutely packed, but in a very fun way. Atmosphere was a blast, seeing everyone, including the little kid dancing in the isles, after the staff did their line dance. Will definitely be going back. Oh, yeah, the food was spot on, too.

Really sad to be dropping my previous 5 star review. We went in for lunch today (11/15) and had a pretty disappointing experience.
My son is on the Autism Spectrum and therefore struggles with coordination. Sitting at a table gives him trouble as he often falls out of his chair. It was my fault, I forgot to ask for a booth. When the hostess walked us to our table I apologized and asked if we could sit in one of the booths nearby. She sighed and rolled her eyes and two nearby servers at the kiosk looked at each other and sighed. I apologized again and my family and I grabbed plates and silverware (there was 6 of us) to try and help relocate. The hostess stomped over to the booth near the table and said “that’s the best I can do for you” and walked off.
It’s hard enough to deal with all of the needs sometimes for my kiddos, especially having one with more needs, and once in a while you are so overwhelmed you forget one small thing (asking for the booth up front). It would just be nice if we had been given a little grace and friendliness.
One thing that has always drawn me to this restaurant and location in particular is how genuinely nice all the staff seems to be. I’m hoping it was an off day. Our server we did have was very friendly. But having 3 people treat you like that when you’re already apologetic and feel bad for inconveniencing them feels pretty crummy.

I know this is way overdue, but better late than never! I had an incredible experience at Texas Roadhouse with my family. From the moment we stepped out of the car, the mouthwatering aroma coming from the restaurant made us hungry all over again.
The steak? Absolutely phenomenal—hands down the best I’ve had. Paired with creamy mashed potatoes, it was comfort food at its finest. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Plenty of parking made the visit even smoother.
If you’re craving great food and even better hospitality, this spot delivers. Five stars all around!
