Great first time experience & delicious food!
My kids & I were searching for a place to have a late dinner and ended up at The Tavern. We were quickly greeted & seated, our waiter was super attentive to us, and the food was amazing! We had the walleye, juicy lucy and (grilled) chicken pasta Alfredo.
Will definitely go back for a date night to try some cocktails with my husband.

We like Tavern Grill and often came here for happy hour during the week but they recently changed it to end at 5pm. We will still come but probably just on the weekends once in a while. There are a lot of other choices for happy hour that run until 6pm.
The Tavern food is really good and their service is great. We sit at the bar mostly and their bartenders are fantastic. Quick, friendly, engaging, and offer good suggestions.

Came out here for dinner with my partner along with a friend and had a great time here. Service and staff were quick and polite, food was wonderful and tasted amazing, and the price wasnt too bad for what you got.

We recently visited The Tavern to celebrate a birthday, and overall it was a good experience.
Right away, we were offered a sample of their new crab stuffed portabella mushrooms, and they were absolutely amazing. Easily the highlight of the meal.
For my entrée, I ordered the fettuccine alfredo, which unfortunately was quite bland and lacking flavor. I did finish it, but I wouldn’t order it again. Someone else at our table got the same dish and agreed it was underwhelming. On the bright side, another person ordered the Reuben and said it was excellent. The seasoned sour cream on the side was also mouth-watering good. The wings were tasty too, and I liked the variety of dipping sauces available.
Our waitress was very friendly and great with the kids, which I appreciated. However, she did a lot of upselling. I understand that’s part of her job, but it started to feel a bit much. She also accidentally spilled water on my phone while refilling glasses near the end of the meal, which wasn’t a big deal, just a “free phone wash” moment. There was also a mix-up with a soup that someone declined, but she quickly fixed it and removed it from the bill.
The only thing that really felt uncomfortable was when I was paying the bill. The waitress hovered right next to me while I was signing and adding gratuity on the payment tablet, which made things a little awkward.
I was also surprised to see a 3 percent credit card surcharge added to the bill. Apparently, there’s a sign on the door, but I didn’t notice it because someone else held the door open for me. Personally, I think that fee should be covered by the business or included in menu pricing. It felt a bit off-putting to see it added at the end.
Overall, the service was friendly, the food good (minus the fettuccine), and despite a few small issues, it was still an enjoyable visit. I’d like to go back and try the wagyu stroganoff and the eggs benedict next time.

We dined here last night and had a fabulous evening. The food was phenomenal, the service was superb, and what a great atmosphere! For how large it is, we did not struggle to hear and have conversation. We got way too much food. It was amazing how much care was given to even packaging the food up. There were mistakes made without us even being aware. They admitted them and corrected them right away! If you haven't been here, try it! We will definitely be back!

If you asked me if I'm rushing back, no. If you asked me if is there potential, yes. From my experience, order their menu cocktails not off menu, my Manhattan came with olives. Witnessed one of their staff who honestly looked like the glue of the organization, he assisted everyone and covered his tables. Wish he had been the bartender. Food was good but I feel like the quality is priced and prepared to their happy hour discount price and not just focused on sending out the best dish to the current guest. Probably be back but not in a hurry
