Totally surprised. Haven't eaten a Wendy's burger in years... I was quite good. Not sure why I stopped going. For a fast food burger it was quite tasty. Definitely recommend (for fast food burgers).

Ordered 2 Dave’s double meals- over $24 . Didn’t get a receipt- didn’t get asked for salt/ butter the worst was when we got home we found we had Single burgers. Called , no one answered phone , left message and no response! Too bad they don’t care they lost a customer

The drive thru worker has no polite manners at all. They tell you your card is declined which is a lie and no have a nice night or come again. Rude Rude Rude at 7:15 pm. The young girl got a job and act like it's a chore to wait on a customer. Customer service is not this employee strong suit. Should've went to Burnsville or Rosemount.

I went through the drive through and the worker didn't greet me or anything. Didn't say anything word to me. Just handed me my drink. Then I waited 5 min. Then the worker handed me my food and closed the window. No thank you. Not a word to me. Horrible customer service and the manager should be ashamed. I will never go back to the apple valley, MN location.

Been there a couple times and food was as expected, but the pop was bad. Flat and not much syrup. They're system must not work properly. I went twice, two weeks apart and it was the same both times.

This is one of the worse ran Wendy's I've ever been to. Service there is terrible. Every time I go there I have an issue. Reading the other reviews here matches my experiences. I do not recommend going to this location.

It's good food. But if you go in. It seems cold. But, get some Chili. A baked potato. & put chili on the potatoes. Also have salads. Since other places don't.

We love the fact Wendy's still serves good salads & chili. Their strawberry lemonade is also good. I also appreciate the recent renovations. The men's room used to have an air dryer right by the sink, which got awkward if another guy wanted to wash his hands. The towel dispenser is much better, so we can at least dry faster and get out of the way for the next guy to start washing.
Kid-friendliness: Their toys are usually more educational and environmentally friendly.

AWFUL Wendy’s and drive through. AVOID. Stopped there on the way home from work and took a total of over an hour to get correct food. The lady asked to pull up to the window to order, she did not understand what we were ordering. We repeated 5 times our order and didn’t know what the double burger was…. Got the food after waiting 30 minutes, pulled away and was missing one of the TWO sandwiches we ordered. Absolutely incompetent to the max. It took an additional 30 minutes for three cars to get their order and each looked in their bag and needed something else brought out because it was incorrect. Wish would’ve saved time and never gone to this Wendy’s. After waiting an hour, the food was at the most okay and we’ve ate at lots of Wendy’s…
