Food was fine, but the young Hispanic woman working the drive-thru needs to work on her manners. No please, thank you, or any politeness what so ever. Flat out rude and short. Makes me wonder if she's spitting in the food with that attitude, and I'm definitely not going back.

Order online: Order a salad pay extra for smoked bacon đ„ didnt even add the bacon but I did pay extra. Some of the people that work there are a freaking Joke. Then again they work there for a reason. Save your money and time. Avoid this place (wendys on cedar/hwy77) . They wouldn't of given me my food if I was short $5 dollars but they can legally steal from us the customer and just say they forgot to add it on.

My husband and I work till at least 2AM at our different jobs. Working into his birthday, I wanted to surprise him at home with a Frosty. I got into the drive thru at 2:50AM, and I immediately got a âDoorDash?â response over the speaker. I said no and that I wanted to order. The response to that was âitâs not a big order is it? We close in 2 minutesâ. Which they close in 10 minutes but whatever. I just told them I wanted a single Frosty. He said âoh well we already cleaned out the ice cream machine sorryâ. Donât be open until 3AM if you arenât going to serve your menu until 3AM. Iâve worked in fast food before and our ice cream machine NEVER got fully taken down before close. Overall very disappointed in service, and sad I couldnât meet my husband at home with a Frosty.

Nothing good happens after 2 AM... Honestly, just stay away after midnight. Showed up near 1 and I go to this place all the time. I gave it a 3 cuz it's normally OK. There's one guy there that's pretty sweet and I'd grab a beer with him. The staff is usually pretty cool too. Tonight (this morning i guess), I show up and they made everything as poorly as they possibly could. It was like they took all the stale old bread, meat, and fries, through it in a bag and took forever to do so. It was terrible. Needless to say, don't do late nights. You're trading hard earned dollars for 3 day old prison food. Otherwise, before midnight... you're probably alright.

Definitely one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to! Employees are very rude! No personality whats so ever! Straight face like they were in a different world! Fries were cold and nuggets were Definitely not fresh! Burgers were decent. The chili was a different story! They definitely watered it down! Very thin and barley had any beans and meat in it! Such a shame. This place is definitely a disappointment.

For fast food, this place will definitely leave you full. Service was fast, and courteous.
Fries were hot! So a plus! HOWEVER employee was lowkey rude, refused to take a single patty off a burger and suggested one that apparently was the same. As I asked my friend if that was okay instead, the lady threw her head back and rolled her eyes. Then as I was about to pay she walked off and I didnât get my receipt.

This was an odd Wendy's. First the driveway thru was all the way around the strip mall, the lights on menu burnt out. The inside was all white! Food was good and quick
