I haven’t been coming to this White House for nearly 10 years. I’ve never had the experience that I had tonight dealing with Adonis the supervisor. I ordered from this location all the time Uber eats and I always call them and let them know to not make my food until the driver is there cause I would like my food fresh. With the weather, the delivery drivers have not been assigned right away, so that means that the order is not picked up right away and I don’t want my order made until they are there. I have never had an issue with anyone telling me that that was a problem. I’ve never had anyone there treating me the way that I was treated tonight By Adonis. He kept over talking me And not listening to what I was trying to explain to him and kept saying that I picked my order for a certain time and that they had never received the order yet, and I actually had placed my whole hour prior. I couldn’t even get it out what I was trying to explain to him he kept over talking me being rude, making sexist comments Hanging up the phone on me just extremely disrespectful. I usually don’t do reviews because I feel like the restaurants don’t care anyway, but being that this is a location I visit very frequently me and my family. I feel like this needed to be told. If he truly is a manager, there, he needs to be demoted or terminated for the way that I was treated talk to and disrespected. All he had to do was listen to a customer and understand what I was trying to explain to him instead of over, talking me being rude and hanging up and not listening to what I was saying. I ultimately ended up canceling the order and will be reporting him tomorrow morning to his General manager. Hopefully no one ever gets the experience I had with Adonis and I was trying to feed my kids.

I was overcharged here at least $2. I ordered a 20 clutch with cheese and was supposed to , apparently gotten a a $1.21 discount according to the receipt coming to$25. I guess the original price was $26. 21 however the speaker board said the price was $23.89. You know $25.00 - $1.21. Then I also ordered a sack of fries. The sack looks like a large. What is going on here? The cashier would be of no help as she seem to be English as her second language and I felt I would have just confused her. She had trouble taking the order in the first place. W watch your receipts and orders when going here.

My late father used to ask me to pickup some sliders for him, and I’d always oblige him. Haven’t changed a bit. Something about cooking the meat on onions that makes the magic. If you’re worried about the fat and calories, you’ve gone to the wrong restaurant.

My husband and I had the absolutely pleasure of ordering from this location tonight. We had called around to see if any still had the impossible sliders, and this one did. The lady who answered the phone was so kind, asked us how many we wanted, and said she’d get them ready since they take a while to prepare. When we got there, the gentleman at the window was so nice and already knew that we had called. Overall just a great experience and the food was DELICIOUS!!!!!! They made my last impossible slider experience at White Castle memorable. Big props to those two working tonight!!!!!!

We love the candle light dinner it was our 30 year we never miss they didn't decorate as much this year and menu was different but you can Oder off regular menu
