My name is Cozzetta AbdurRahman and I am a frequent customer of White Castle for many years and I have to say that when you come to White Castle in the morning when you're dealing with Vicky on the weekends my daughter and I order a White Castle slider two small fries six chicken rings and two waters, service is superb! food is fresh! food is delivered at a reasonable time! it's absolutely amazing! I came thru your drive thru one night last week Tuesday night March 19th around 10:30 your store was getting ready to close but I was able to order a couple sliders and some fries. Although I got extra sliders; they were dry! they were cold! They were hard! They tasted like they have been sitting out for hours! Is this the type of quality that you're serving your customers at night???? I did come back and speak with one of your staff and I was able to get a discounted item however I ordered through doordash tonight March 28th at 10:00 p.m. I ordered two fish one with cheese one with out a medium drink and a sack of fries! First my doordash was late and not only was it late my two fish were not in my order I had cold fries and the ice was melted in my sprite so I had watery beverage I am very very very unsatisfied with my order and I am extremely unhappy with service you're establishment provides especially at night! The fact that your staff do not have the ability to make an order correctly or care how food is prepared for the customer is pretty scary and very undesirable! I will never come to or order from your restaurant at night again and I will be forewarning other White Castle customers that I'm friends with about your service at night!

Was there on Valentine's Day for a box of yums. Traveled an hour south and had dinner date. They are our first Valentine's meal together. Well worth the drive. Service was awesome, clean front and in back (as you can see) food was superb.Parking: Plenty of parking and doesn't interfere with drive thru.
Crave case robbery! Sure get the Crave case of 30 or pay almost 8$ less and get 3 10 packs! What a rip off glad none of the employees spoke up.I do love the 8$ collector cardboard box though. Only a good place if you crave getting ripped off, or you need an 8$ cardboard box.

I had never been to White Castle before, ? so I had alot of questions!! The young man at the counter was really, really patient with me & he was very, very helpful as well!! I would absolutely, definitely recommend that someone who has never been to a White Castle before come to this particular one during the lunch time!! I cannot remember his name (as I'm horrible with names) but this young man went above & beyond to answer all my questions & make me feel confident about my purchase! And that my mom would be happy that her burger ? would come the way she specified!! LOL ? He also recommended I try the onion chips & I gotta say it's probably a good thing that I don't live within 70 miles of a White Castle or I'd put on 50 lbs real fast!!! LOL ? So I just wanna say thank you so, so much to the young man who helped me out that Tuesday afternoon!! Thank you for being so hospitable & welcoming & helpful!! And for going above & beyond at your job!!! Keep up the good work!! And to his management- he deserves a healthy raise!! ? (And maybe a promotion!)
