First impression: ordered in advance...I guess I should've waited though. Got the food and ot was cold like it had been sitting out. No flavor at all! Not going back. Maybe another wing stop will be better.

They be a lil skimpy on they seasonings but they FRIES OMG THIS THE WORST WINGSTOP WHEN IT COMES TO FRIES. First off why am I paying EXTRA MONEY for a LARGE that’s meant to be SHARED with PEOPLE & ONLY Getting 1 Person PORTION I noticed this the ONLY wingstop that does that!!! Besides that they chicken good wit me. I probably just start ordering corn instead of fries from this place. Ripoffs!!!

I don’t recommend this restaurant, always that my family and tried to get food from uber we have always the same problem with the same when the deliver went to my house, I think that the workers in this restaurant need to have more precautions about the names and need more order about it.

I placed a uber eats order and forgot to add ranch. I quickly called the store to see if I could pay for one or two and the employee I talked to (can't remember his name) was so awesome and put a couple of small ones in the bag for me and on top of that he put in a large cup of ranch for me. I thought that was pretty cool, thanks for making my night!
The French fries where ice cold and not cooked all the way. And the drink was supposed to be sprite but all it was was water. I won't be back. Nasty food.

I had an amazing experience at Wingstop. This was my first time and I had stopped to pick up my order which I mistakenly thought would take less time than it did. I had my kids in the car and when I went in to check on my order the GM (Kerrigan, sorry I don't know the spelling) checked on my order told me it would be about 5 minutes. He said you can go sit in your car and I will bring it out to you which he did. This was the best customer service I have received in a very very long time. Oh and the wings were delicious as well. Thank you!

For the first time buying wingstop my experience was horrible. Did an order pick up and waited for 20 minutes more not to mention i ordered a big order of 50 pieces of wings and the wings where so dry and har. I will not be coming back.

First and foremost, lets remember that this is a Wingstop. It’s not fine dining, it’s fast-food wings. I just have to say, the girl who I assume is the manager, (had dyed red and black hair) is so fantastic!! I’ve been to this location a handful of times at various times and days of the week, and she has always been so friendly and helpful! Some times I’ve been are busier than others, which is understandable, especially since they usually have a restaurant full of teen-aged customers, on top of people walking in for orders; I think a lot of the negative reviews here forget to allow some perspective in that regard. I wish I got her name, but the manager and a lot of the other employees here are very friendly, helpful, and pleasant! I will definitely keep coming back to this wingstop.
