Missing half my meal and a whole package of chicken. Called then to complain half our order was missing. First of all whoever answered the phone call is awful for customer service. You’re stealing money from us. Be quiet. Second. You’re telling me you bagged this package and saying you don’t believe you’re missing any items. We have a camera all over our shop proving we’re missing item. You have to get off your high horse. You failed at your job. A swallow your pride. You’re not losing any money but you’re taking it from us. I will not ever go back here. You have an awful attitude. You hung up on both of us. I’ll be contacting corporate. Also we’re not the only one who has had missing items and you refuse to refund

Ordered the Korean, Hawaiian and Orginal. Also ordered the fried corn. The food was super salty. The Korean and Hawaiian tasted exactly the same, except for the heat. The cord.. same flavor. We wound' up throwing out most of the corn and 1/2 o the wings. My wife after one bite from each flavor. No thanks, won't be back.

I’ve been ordering from this place since they opened & loved the customer service, the food, etc. but recently I haven’t been so happy with my orders. The first time they got my order wrong then the other times the food wasn’t the best they forget to add seasoning on the fries but this time I had the fries thrown into the bag not even putting them in the bowl in comes in. I’m so disappointed.

The wings were delicious. I ordered the bone-in wings with ranch sauce, and when I arrived, the staff was friendly and my order was ready.

I am beyond disappointed with Wingstop Apple Valley. We placed a delivery order via Doordash, that included a triple chocolate chunk brownie, which my son specifically requested because today is his birthday. When the order arrived, the brownie was missing.
I immediately called the store and explained how important this was. The employee I spoke with told me she would figure out a way to send the missing brownie. My son and I waited for over two hours, only for me to call back and be told, “Sorry, as wingstops we don’t deliver we’ll just refund you.” That refund did absolutely nothing to fix the disappointment of a child waiting on his birthday treat.
What made this worse is that we were misled instead of being told the truth upfront. This experience completely ruined what should have been a special moment for my son.
I will never order from this location again. You didn’t just lose an order, you lost a new customer.

Ordered the lemon pepper and bbq flavored all flat wings cooked well done. They came half cooked, the sauce soaked the wings so much they were inedible. My advice go to Buffalo Wild Wings!!
