Got an $8 cup filled with ice after I selected no-tip option at ordering.
I ordered a cold matcha with less ice, which was $8. At the counter, I selected the no-tip option. You may say I’m cheap, but what is the tip for at the drive through? Making the drink? Isn’t that why I paid $8? Well, that seemed to upset the barista and the person at the window, and they decided to revenge by adding even more ice to the drink. The 12oz drink was 11oz ice.
Tipping should drive the service, especially at the drive throughs.

Please Visit this Caribou Coffee! So very happy and courteous! I’ve never had a problem with them. I’m in love with sparkling green tea with 1/2 a shot of strawberry/pineapple or the peach / mango . Total Plus plus. There is another one just down the street on Lexington and Lupnetar ( Sp) But I love Arden Hills and Lexington !

The matcha latte was very good here! Whoever was working blended the matcha all the way and the milk was nice and foamy! There was also a huge rush but the staff speeded right through it!
