The music SUCKS and it's way too loud. I was trying to read and couldn't focus because they're blasting obnoxious pop music. Felt like I'm drinking coffee at Foot locker. Play something chill. People go to coffee shops to work and relax, not talk over walmart music.

Hot cocoa is good if you can't handle cold coffee in winter.
Caribou Coffee is a must stop treat whenever I am in Minnesota!
