If you’re going to serve anything this early you need to be able to understand your own menu to explain to customers. Point blank.
Before handing someone their coffee ensure the lid is on, or people get burned.
Thanks for the wrong coffees , poor explanation, and burning my hand by not securing the lid

Dunn is my favorite coffee and this shop is my fav too as its close to work, lots of space, and has a good vibe for biz or personal. Can get a bit slammed at time in the winter, but that is like most coffee shops.
