Obviously no one wants to work on thanksgiving. But why not just close down completely and not have your app accept orders at 740pm when all your lights are on and you look open. they put cones in the drive thru and said they were closed. Management fail. I want my money back.

You guys couldn’t have given me a bag without a giant hole in it? The eggs weren’t done all the way they were super watery. Bacon felt like I was chewing on beef jerky. First time coming here and I won’t come to this location again. And all the morning employees can’t understand you and you don’t understand them, So your order is going to be wrong.

Both my son and my chicken big macs were missing the second chicken patty. Very heartbreaking, we wanted chicken big macs not McChickens.😭

Walked in today to find the same manager that has front counter Makeout sessions with another coworker walking around with her hair DOWN and completely ignoring us trying to order while she hehehaha's with another lady. She kept looking back laughing continued to talk to another woman then would look back and look away ect. Befor that a smaller girl with glasses and a black hat took the order from the person infront of us and then just simply walked away as if we weren't there just so she can stand behind that wall next to the coffee machines and stare at said manager talking.. again JUST LAST WEEK we came in for coffee and witnessed the guy she smooches with come in only while she was working so he can be led to the back by HER while he was out of uniform??!!..surprised she has not been TERMINATED for such things. This is crazy.

Workers don’t seem interested in taking care of the customers or the establishment. Dirty, slow service, everything was out like the ketchup dispenser and hand sanitizer. Really disappointing. And second the watching employees all over each other comment from another reviewer. It’s a bad vibe here.
I’ve lived in the area for 2.5 years and come here several times monthly. I’ve never had a complaint about this McDonald’s. Food is always hot, they are fast and nice.
Warning…Part of our carry out order was missing, scrambled eggs…check before you leave!! Yes, I checked, 2 ordered and paid for only got one. Must be new version of B1G2, B2G1. Employees were friendly, food was good, store was clean. Ordering is done thru kiosk, no friendly welcome however an employee did come out to offer help with kiosk. Looked like they were building a barricade to wall off customers, very unwelcoming.

Service was very poor. I ordered a medium iced mocha, a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and a hash brown. They got my order wrong 3 times! They handed me a small mocha twice which should have been a medium and the sandwich without cheese three times! Normally it’s not a big deal, but with the cost of things now I want what I ordered. They were also rude about it, rolling their eyes and I could hear someone in the back complaining. I won’t be going back to this location.
