Went through drive through and I specifically asked for two sausage burritos WITHOUT cheese. The Hispanic man who I think is the manager kept asking me if I wanted it without cheese to basically reassure me and I kept saying, yes no cheese please. Sure enough the lady who gave me the burritos handed me the bag fast and I felt suspicious. The burritos were full of cheese. These workers have no respect for our orders.

Obviously no one wants to work on thanksgiving. But why not just close down completely and not have your app accept orders at 740pm when all your lights are on and you look open. they put cones in the drive thru and said they were closed. Management fail. I want my money back.

You guys couldn’t have given me a bag without a giant hole in it? The eggs weren’t done all the way they were super watery. Bacon felt like I was chewing on beef jerky. First time coming here and I won’t come to this location again. And all the morning employees can’t understand you and you don’t understand them, So your order is going to be wrong.

Both my son and my chicken big macs were missing the second chicken patty. Very heartbreaking, we wanted chicken big macs not McChickens.😭
