Fast casual has been on the decline since COVID, however, I had a lovely experience at this Noodles location.

Walked in at 12pm today with family. First in line, but we had to wait until 12:25 for our order to be taken! Just ONE person packing, making salads and taking orders!
There's only one cook working, so I'm expecting our food to be ready by 1:00pm.
This is beyond pathetic for a national chain restaurant.

Employees are very kind, but it took over and hour for my mobile order to be fulfilled and it only had one item. Multiple times thy’ve rn out of a key (and expensive) ingredient for dishes and instead of a refund, or marking it a sold out on the app, they just serve you the dish at full cost without the item. Again, nice staff, but there are definitely some issues.

Was waiting for a while, got the food cold.

I waited in line for about 7 minutes with no one in front of me. The employees were working on a large order and I understand that takes time, but it didn’t help that the people working were not moving with any sense of urgency. I placed my order and proceeded to wait for my food for over 20 minutes in store while a line piled up. By the time I got my food, it was cold even tho I ate it right away. The employees were nice but this was just a disappointing experience and I likely won’t be coming to this location again.

The man at the front counter tonight was so friendly and kind! I always go back to places when people have a smile and are naturally caring in customer service. He was serving people dining and ringing up customers all on his own but still kept the flow of the restaurant going, that’s impressive! 10/10 service and the food is always bomb. ✨🙏🏼

They offered great service with efficiency. We were a big group with kids and they still served us with a smile!

I went there for dinner with my daughter last evening. The cashier was unbelievably rude to us. She never said one word just took our order and then looked me right in the eye until I put my debt card in to pay. She then brought our food to the table and practically thru it down to us, again no words, just walked away. I will never be back to this location again!

The food is good and the staff is working hard, but they are chronically understaffed. Tonight, customers standing in line we’re getting irritated when asked to place their orders on their phone.

I think it’s national change rather than this specific location but I preferred the dishes that they use to use for dine-in rather than the plastic they use now. I’d eat here a lot more often were it not for the amount of trash generated at each visit.

The staff was unbelievably rude. I arrived around 11 am and the women working told me to order online with no explanation. My phone battery was dying, and the promo code to get a free meal for kids wasn't working, but the staff continued to ignore my requests for help. Absolutely horrible service.

I normally don’t leave reviews. But this really bothers me. I’ve ordered the Japanese stir fry udon with steak and no veggies except of broccoli. The cashier then rang me up and added $1 for the broccoli. Granted, she was still new and in training so she asked for help from her peer. When I’ve questioned the charge, she then goes ‘ I know, it’s silly, I don’t agree with it neither but that’s what Noodle and company does. We charge for removing vegetables same as adding vegetables. Same like if you were to remove the chicken, we would still charge’. The words that came out of her mouth made zero sense. I was beyond speechless and just let it go. At this point, I blame it on lack of training and hiring the next best thing that walks in the door and applies for a job. It’s bad and I’m highly embarrassed.
