It's an amazing option for fresh ingredients

Applied a $4 tip to my order without my consent. Rice was underdone (even hard at some bites) and beans were under done (crumbling apart). A shame because the tortillas are really good.

The person making my burrito also misheard my “steak and carnitas” and gave me chicken and carnitas. Felt bad to hold up the line and have him fix it.

Will not be returning - pretty sure adding a non-consensual tip to a 2 person order is illegal somehow. Didn’t bother asking for a refund since I was in a rush to eat and get on with my plans.

Reminds me of Chipotle. Food was as expected. Teens were hanging out and left a mess. Service was great

The food tasted kinda weak. Their queso dip was very thick, like a somewhat melted block of cheese.

It's pancheros, like a chipotle with better tortillas and better queso!

Food was decent at best, but I pressed "no tip" and it charged me a $4.77 tip! Chipotle is better.

Pancheros Mexican Grill delivers on good food and consistent flavors. It’s a 'Chipotle' style setup where you walk up and customize your meal by selecting from various ingredients, and after a couple of visits, I can confirm that the taste is reliably solid. I would prefer it over Chipotle actually.

The atmosphere at this location falls a bit short. The staff could use a crash course in friendliness—there's minimal interaction, no warm greetings, and not a smile in sight. Especially during my first visit, I felt more like I was an inconvenience than enjoying a dining experience.

Overall, Pancheros is a good spot to grab a quick bite, with plenty of flavors that won’t disappoint. Moses recommends giving it a try but wishes the vibe matched the quality of the food.

This is my usual spot for Pancheros, but after this last stop, I may never return. I immediately felt sick after dining in. Was constantly on the toilet for the rest of the evening. I may have experienced food poisoning from here.

Use to be clean and service use to be fast. Quality and cleanliness has gone down hill.

I’ll be honest, I have always said Pancheros is better than Qudoba and Chipotle. But, I can’t stand this location for the simple fact of the staff has very few good workers. The bad employees out way the good ones. The last 2 times I’ve been here have been enough of a bad experience to declare a bad review and no more buisness.

The first bad experience: I walk in around 7pm after work and stand in a dead line. I’m watching this employee leaning on the prep counter, wearing gloves sitting on his phone. After I sit for about 2mins, I finically said “excuse me, I’d like to make an order”. They look up from their phone and put it away. They then proceed to not say anything and I start my order. Once I noticed they haven’t changed gloves, I asked if they could changed their gloves and wash the counter for where their butt was leaning on. The employee then said “Aaah No” in the softest tone possible. I told them that’s unsanitary and goes against food safety standards. They then proceed to just stand and look at me. I ended up just walking out…

My second bad experience: I once again came in around 7pm with just over an hour until they closed. As I walk in, I noticed it was the same employee that was quiet and wouldn’t change their gloves or wash the counter after sitting on it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to order. This time, I noticed them put on new gloves. I started my order, Bowl, white rice and black beans, then I asked for Tofu as it was an order for my wife. The employee opened the container lid and just looked at me. They sat in silence, I said again that I would like Tofu please. He once again looked at me in silence. I asked if they are out of tofu and responded yeah. I asked if they could make some more and he said “No”. I told him I’d like Tofu and said I could wait. He stood and just kinda looked at me in silence. Once again, I asked if they could heat up some tofu and he said “no”. I thanked them again and walked out without finishing my order.

Be sure to order online because nobody in the store will acknowledge your existence if an online order comes in while you are waiting. There were 2 people in line when I arrived. I left 25 minutes later without placing an order. I managed to get to the front of the line, but the staff wouldn’t even look at me. They kept making the new online orders. I asked if I should order online, but received no response. The line behind me was growing and I had a schedule to keep so eventually I just left and ordered something next door. Terrible experience.
