It’s really awkward and rude to stand in a line almost out the door while the staff ignores you to make door dash and pick up orders. If the business wants to make money off both walk-in and to-go orders, they should consider adding a 2nd prep line to their locations. Especially when they’re charging $13+ for a burrito and fountain soda. Panchero’s has been my go-to for years as I lived in Iowa previously and hate their competitors, but they’re losing me over this.

Really love the food. It’s packed with flavor and tastes so much better than many other restaurants that have similar items, but when ordering online, the portions are often small, like really small, especially the amount of rice.

Typical small portions and mean employees. No different than most of their locations. No words were spoken to me the entire order, even after politely greeting the employee when walking in, at the register the lady started adding every extra charge she could find, even when the portions didn't look different from any other time I've gone, I simply asked for extra cheese and sour cream. I asked the manager and he took it off with no questions. She was shaking her head behind him talking smack still... The only stars given are for the manager making it right. Would stay away if you can

My girlfriend and I ate here in June every Wednesday as they had a 1/2 off Burrito special. They offer really fresh meats, veggies, rice, and whatever else you want. Their prices are reasonable and the restaurant is clean. We look forward to coming back.

I got to the store, it was empty, 3 employees were doing nothing, and I said I was there for a pickup order. They looked at me confused when I said my name and said, “We don’t have a pickup order for you.” I pulled out my phone to check the app, and the lady at the cash registered was asked if there was a pickup order, looked through some receipts, and acted annoyed when she saw my receipt that she missed. They made my burrito quickly after that. It was alright - felt a little on the small side. For having to pay extra for queso it had barely any in it. That was a $12+ burrito in the end.

Must be an off day, really glad I wasted $20+ on a delivery I can't eat.

Definitely the best tortillas of any “burrito/bowl” fast casual restaurant. But the other ingredients aren’t quite on par with some of the competitors like Chipotle.
That being said, the service here is great and the staff is really friendly.

Stopped by Pancheros for lunch and got a chicken bowl. Honestly, it felt like a knockoff Chipotle—but not in a good way. The chicken didn’t taste grilled, more like it was just sitting in a steam tray. If Chipotle is a 10, this was maybe a 5. Definitely not something I’d go back for. No wonder it was almost empty at lunch hour.
