I found several hairs in my food and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t give me one because the manager wasn’t around; we also saw staff picking their nose.My first time trying here and it was very disappointing & unsanitary

This Pancheros location is simply the best! It is our favorite place to stop for lunch since I am always met with a smile and the best burritos! The service is great and it is always good to see our new friends Erika and Nadia.

all good but why is always two people working? I think that you guys should hire more people 2 people only making more than 100 orders daily and of them told me that no one get pay enough.

I would dare to say I am rather good at just dropping things to move on with my life but the experience at this restaurant was so bad that I stayed motivated for 2 day to write a bad review. This must be in the top 5 list of worst services experiences. It was my first visit, the staff was unclear, not helpful and did not provide a welcoming atmosphere. The over all feeling was rather depressing. The food was not horrible which sort of is a plus I guess.
I have tried a few times here and each time it’s something different. Last night I wasn’t “allowed” to order a burrito. Burritos were reserved for online orders only. In person orders were only allowed to get a bowl. I felt so discriminated against because of my choosing on how I placed an order. Will not be going back. I left without ordering

I went yesterday around 5 pm on Valentine's Day. I waited in line for about 50 minutes. One employee was on her phone while making food for customers, and they were chatting with each other and ignoring people in line. They were also prioritizing online orders over helping anyone in line. They we're moving very slowly, and they were rolling their eyes at customers. A few people ended up leaving. I usually don't write reviews, but this service was just downright atrocious.

3rd horrible experience in a row & our last visit to this franchise.This time we decided to do a pickup order to avoid the incompetence and rude behavior that occurred the previous 2 visits. App and email said done at 6:59 & I waited with my very young child until 7:30. People were walking out. They then said they were out of tortilla, followed by out of steak… eye rolls from those behind the desk when someone would approach to ask about their order.

I love Pancheros in general but this location is typically more disappointing than the others. It's not as clean, there seems to be a lot of issues with the soda fountain and today I was told they were out of burritos. I could only have tacos.
