Love the pizza here!
Good pizza nice crew
Very good for a chain pizza place. Hot, fast delivery. My first time and I will order from them again.
Them doughnut bites.. were limited addition 😪
So I don't do this often, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. At first I call the wrong Papa John's, but they were quite friendly and gave me the number to the right one. I finally call the appropriate Pappa John's and from moment 1 they weren't as nice or courteous. I place my order and they say it'll be 45 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later I finally have my pizza, and it's cold. The store offered to make my next order free, but I do not live in the area so there is no way I can take advantage of that, so I am stuck with cold crappy pizza, and paid good money for it. Last straw Pappa John's I will never order from you again. I should of went to fresh pick pizza down the road. It would've been warm and better quality.
Even went out of their way to call me when another customer found my debit card. Very appreciative!
Jeremy is great, but Papa Johns is just meh.
Food is always tasty and you can tell that the staff have an attention to detail at the Lexington Ave store. I recommend the cheese bread if your looking for an alternative to pizza but the pizza is goid too.
I love Papa John's. They have the best pizza. It's not coated in grease, but it's not dry. It also is really good as breakfast left over pizza.
Poor guy is in there working all by himself, he even had to have one of the drivers help him make a pizza because there was other work to be done. Give this guy a raise or hire on more help! I've worked at pizzerias and it's no cake walk when you are the only one working.

apparently its difficult for their employees, including the manager of the day to have a good morning. one thing that bothers me the most is how people in our society ALWAYS have something to complain about. if you dont like your job, or the customer service you have to provide, then do something about your position in life. but if its your job to put on a smile, then leave your personal shitnado at the door. stop complaining about the little things.
I live at the edge of their delivery zone, but they still manage to deliver within 25 minutes. That beats the 45 minutes for Dominoes or Pizza Hut. This most recent time, I got amazing service from a new staff member on their team, named Cameron. Great guy, definitely going back there.
I ordered a pizza near midnight on New Year's Eve and received the friendliest employee I've ever interacted with. Jeremy was literally thrilled to take my order. 10/10 friendly service.
I received very poor service and witnessed a potential health hazard. I ordered two pizzas for pick up. I was told that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes to find one of our pizzas hadn't even been put in the oven yet. I waited another 15 minutes before both pizzas were ready. When I received them, the one pizza (the one initially done) was nearly cold. The workers were unapologetic. Worst of all, I witnessed one of the workers putting his hands down his pants to tuck in his shirt and also "readjusted himself" while he was at it. I then saw him handle food without washing his hands. In the future I will go to a different pizza joint.
