Starbucks used to treat anyone who walked in like a customer. Now, if you don’t spend money, you can’t even sit, study, or get a cup of water.
When I asked for water, I got handed a tiny cup with attitude. The short pink-haired worker with the high-pitched voice looked at me like giving water was a personal favor. Meanwhile, people were coming in and using the bathroom without a problem.
Greed completely ruined what Starbucks used to stand for. It’s not a ‘community space’ anymore like they hang up on their walls — it’s just a cash grab. I’ll pass.
If basic decency costs extra, you can keep it.
the past two times I’ve been here, just now (Tuesday April 22nd) and yesterday (Monday April 21st) they have not made my drink good enough to my standards I’ve asked for extra base and light lemonade in my strawberry açaí and they have not provided that in my drink. It’s not even busy and they rush and ignore my request. Previously this store has made it really good but I don’t know what happened because I am not happy anymore.

Great customer service and my order was ready so fast!!
My fiancé and I liked this sbux, but the barista with pink hair was exceptionally rude today. After ordering a hazelnut mocha she insisted on handing over a white mocha, saying it was what was ordered, then, that it still had the hazelnut so it was close enough. When asked for it to be remade she slammed the drive through window and spilled the remade drink on my fiancés car when pushing it into their hands.
Very rude. As a barista myself, she needs to be told to keep her attitude at home. That is no way to interact with customers when they ask you to correct your mistake.
The best drink I've seen in a while
I recently visited Starbucks Coffee and had a delightful coffee experience. The quick service at the counter ensured that my order was promptly taken and prepared to perfection.
