Furious and disappointed!! Since when is American currency not accepted as form of payment? My black friend and I were turned away and my drink was GIVEN AWAY FOR FREE to “paying customers” inside after my $50 bill was not accepted by the establishment as form of payment!!! This is AMERICA!!!! don’t tell me you didn’t have $40 in change to give me at 5pm on a Friday!! This is Starbucks!!!

I went through the drive thru this morning and I ordered word for word off the menu something that was 4.99 and when I got to the window I was charged just shy of 7$ I believe 6.74$ to be exact. I asked if their prices were outdated on the drive thru menu. The cashier was awkward and said she thinks they are just before tax. Tax is not that much; there is something sketchy going on here. Whatever it’s less than two dollars; I just hate when people get away with doing the wrong thing. I won’t be back . Even after over charging me, my cup was half filled with coffee. I wish their were still more honest people In the world than not so honest. 7$ for about 8 ounces of coffee and half of that being ice. No thanks.

Amazing salute to Veterans and active duty military! The artwork and shadow boxes are inspiring, the most touching is the fallen comrades table set up next to the door. As a Veteran, I wish more business made a show of respect like this Starbucks. Kudos and thank you to those who took the time to take this approach. Thank you!

No feeling of "fake nice," but genuinely great staff; name and order is memorized by more than a couple employees & I am not in there often.

I love this location! My go to location whenever I want starbucks. The staff is always super nice and sweet even if you have an issue with anything. I've had very few issues with this location. My drinks are always great.Dietary restrictions: Sometimes they run out of almond and oat milk but they also have soy and coconut milk! Many lactose free options which are really nice and appreciated!Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessible tables inside for seating ♡

I have never had more respect from a starbucks store then this one. The drink was great. But aside from that, the setting was almost tearfully beautiful. They have a setup specificity for veterans and soldiers who have lost their lives/not returned home. They have Americans flags on the wall along with images for all who have served. Please take a stop in to check it out and to grab your coffee Dietary restrictions: Choose your order how you wishParking: Huge parking lot, with wheelchair optionsKid-friendliness: Lots of seetingWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair parking and they have tables for those in one as well

I like this Starbucks location. I usually go through the drive thru and it moves pretty quickly. This location hasn’t messed up my order which is impressive. The seating area inside is average. Plenty of parking available.

if I could give this place is zero I would. The manager is disgustingly unprofessional and disrespectful. She’s racist and rude. As well as the restrooms are utterly terrifying and dirty. The drinks are nasty and stale. Nothing about the spot is good. Don’t waste your money

The manager Emme is rude and dismissive. Early this week, I watched her berate a young black man, and it was only after I “an older white male” called her on it that she cooled off. This is inappropriate behavior. I hope someone reads this and does something about it. Highly inappropriate behavior from someone who should be the leader.
