Today 1/7 I ordered 2 footloose on the app at 12:12pm stating will be ready at 1230pm. I arrived at 1230pm as the app said it was ready. Go in abd not ready. Another couple was ordering 2 footloose and it took 13 mins to make two sandwiches. I than ask about my sandwiches and the female worker tells the other worker she doesn't know about my order abd walks in the backThe male worker started to make my sandwiches. Finally at 1250pm I get my sandwiches with no apology or anything at all. Get home to eat and the bread was either so overcooked or old as it was very hard and flaking all over. Very disappointing.

My wife and I stopped by tonight on a Friday before they closed. Subway Arden Hills was understaffed and Christopher was working alone. We waited in line for a bit as we witnessed him juggling between the cash register and making sandwiches for other customers. I commend him for his work ethic. Not only did he stay graceful and personable after working for 10 hours (so far), he also made the best sandwiches. He always made sure he washed his hands before handling the food, which is important. We also noticed how meticulous and organized he made our sandwiches. Christopher should get promoted as he is hardworking and has superb customer service skills!

Don't go here on Saturday unless you have a lot of spare time. They had 1 worker, she did 10 online order sndwchs & we waited 10 min. The i asked if we could order now, and she wanted to do another order that was q sandwich that got there after us. She wouldn't serve us first, so we left.
