My family and I had a great dinner experience at Doc's on 23. We were sat right away and the food arrived fast. Thank goodness they offer a kids menu as my kids were craving some mac & cheese. My wife and I had the chicken schnitzel sandwich, from their limited Oktoberfest menu, which was sooo good.

It was very busy and our server was running like crazy. So, I went to the bar to order a second round. One of the bartenders, who wasn't involved, decided to yell out to the bar that they were doing their best and we all needed to be patient. The other bartender, who was free when I went up, had clarified that it was in addition to what we had previously ordered. Apparantly, getting your own drinks, even when you donot chank the order, is a problem. And, yelling and publicly embarrassing guests is their best, wow. Totally ruined a family lunch.

Food was good, the lighting is way too bright, but... why in the world are they mopping floor at 7pm? it smelled bad & a bad idea - I did mention it to someone at a different place & apparently they don't have a cleaning crew & the wait staff have to mop before they leave. Bad idea & unsanitary
Food was ok but we waited over 45 minutes for food at 1:45 in the afternoon. Had 4 kids with us they had enough and wanted to just leave and go somewhere else.

First time eating here, did the build your own burger. Wow the thing was prepared perfectly! Quality beef, delicious & toasted bun, & fresh toppings great service, 5 stars! we will be back!
