Absolutely by far the best Applebee's I've ever eaten!! I maybe make it to this Applebee's 1 time a year but every single time it's amazing!! I got the classic cheese burger this last time and it was by far best burger I've had ever! A+++++

We came in right at opening time second table through the door. We ordered an appetizer and two entrees. Appetizer came about 10 minutes later and we continued to wait another near 20 minutes for our entrees. After delivering our entrees. She disappeared. Seeing as she only had two tables us and another. I expected she would have checked back. I ordered a medium rare steak then cut into it and found that my steak was not even rare it was lukewarm and raw. By the time my server had checked back on the table my father had already finished his meal. After we informed the server to take the steak off the check and we were gonna leave, then she went over to the manager who was sitting at a table talking to someone. The manager then came over and offered to throw the rare steak I cut open and had already taken a bite of back on to the grill so we can take it home. Didn't offer to remake or even replace it. I'm sure that is a health code violation. We normally like Applebee's but we are not sure if we are going to return after this.

I am staying in Austin for work. I went to Applebee’s for supper. I was seated quickly. Waitress took my drink and appetizer order and didn’t return to the table ever. Female bartender was amazing. She noticed my waitress hadn’t returned and asked if I needed anything. She took my food order for me. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was inedible. Talked to bartender about it and she agreed with me. Got the manager and the manager came and saw no problem with my meal. Was going to make me pay for it even though I couldn’t eat it. Bartender came back over and asked if the manager had come yet I told her what she said and she is like oh hell no you’re not paying for this! The bartender went and talked to the manager and had her take it off my bill! My waitress never did return to my table my entire time I was there.

Really awful experience here. Ordered our food and it came out fine. My wife ordered one the all you can eat options. We had cleared our plates and no one came to see us for twenty minutes. Waitress eventually comes up and says, “are you all finished yet?” At which time we have to ask for more food. Takes almost fifteen minutes for that to come out by which time we needed to get back in the road and we had to get it to go. Over $80 for terrible service. With all that said, this is not the waitresses fault - this is the manager and/or the owner. Our waitress was serving us, the bar and taking care of all the to go orders. Wasn't a huge shocker that she could only check in every fifteen to twenty minutes. If you’re not going to properly staff your restaurant - don’t be open. I rarely leave reviews, but this was exceptionally bad.

The food is delicious and the service is great and attentive, and it was very quiet when I was there! It's a great place and I go to them occasionally! But you have to try the 12 ounce steak and mashed potatoes with garlic and parsley 🤤 and broccoli 🥦 was excellent and tasted fresh ! But if you still have room, I recommend the triple chocolate mini bun cake with the hot fudge in the middle of it!
Raynee is my favorite waitress ! And Alexis is the best manager ever! They both always put my mood up and compliment me ! They both also work so hard to make your experience better every time you come in. Whe. My chruch comes in after youth group, it gets crazy busy, and they work very well with each other and push to be the best employees they can to make the customers happy.
Rick is also the best at making the customers laugh and have a good time at the bar on wednesday nights!

I’m new to town and was excited to stop by, as we’re regular Applebee’s customers. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t quite meet our expectations. The food was just okay—we only ordered from the half-price appetizers menu, so we weren’t expecting anything extraordinary.
What really stood out, though, was the service—or lack of it. Our server seemed disinterested and distracted, barely checking in on us and offering little in the way of friendliness or engagement. It made the experience feel a bit unwelcoming.
On a positive note, the bartender was fantastic. She made excellent drinks, brought out our chips and salsa along with our Perfect Margaritas, and was warm and attentive. Her service really stood out in contrast.
Overall, not the best experience, but we appreciated the bartender’s effort.

we sat down right away. Not busy at all maybe 4 or 5 tables of people at the time. After 5 to 10 minutes if waiting the host came to get drink orders because the waitress never came. After another 5 minutes the waitress shows up and takes our food order. Our food came out cold. The taste was good but it was cold. Our waitress again never showed up to check on us. So we paid with the tablet and left. The service needs some work. Maybe she was new maybe not. Idk wasn't impressed.
