“I got the combination fried rice and they accidentally gave me a spicy one. I really appreciated the accommodation that they showed me, definitely still one of mine and my boyfriend’s favorite places to eat!!! The roses on the tables were a very nice Valentine’s Day Vibe!!!! 10/10!!!!!!!!!!”
“I took my kids here as we heard it’s a reasonably priced restaurant with great food. It didn’t disappoint. I had the Reuben which was delicious. My son had a medium rare steak that was cooked perfectly for him. He loved his steak. My youngest got a kids cheeseburger. The burger was about the size of her face. Plenty left for leftovers later.”
“I asked "what's the best", they delivered. They took the time to describe their menu, some of the history, and made-to-order one of the best lunches I've had. Highly recommend!”
“Took my mom for lunch and we had a great lunch. Food was amazing as always and the staff friendly as ever!!! If your looking for a guilty indulgence i recommend the gelato!!! (The cotton candy actually taste like cotton candy!!!)Parking: Parking can be a struggle but with patience and an excellent parallel parker your golden!Kid-friendliness: They have kids options too! Something for everyoneWheelchair accessibility: On street parking but getting in it is easily accessible to all”
“I found this place by search and grabbed some lunch. It was amazing. I had the Pad Thai. Also the spring rolls. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were incredible!”
“This is our second time here while in town. It's a pretty cool brewery with a few basic taps they brew themselves. The Italian Pilsner is really nice and smooth. I had the sweet stout and it was 4 out of 5 stars. They have pretzels and fresh popcorn. The guy working the bar is chill and friendly, easy to chat with. It's not too busy of a place on a Friday afternoon. The brewery is Jimmy Buffet-themed, a tropical diversion from a winter day.”
“Don't judge this gem by the outside appearance. The outside is very plain and almost hard to find. The inside however is awesome. The food was very good. I had the chicken Parm. I don't believe the chicken was breaded in house, but it still taste good. Service was very good. The restaurant appeared to be very clean including the bathrooms. I will eat there again.”
“Very homey place, family store market/restaurant style. I lived in Thailand for six months last year and I’ve been trying to find food that is authentic as this ever since I left. So good.”
“Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for drinks & food. Friendly capable staff all around. Cool vibe with just the right amount of lighting. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a nicely spiced Bloody Mary with a perfect pickle/garnish. I had a side salad and soup. Salad was crispy and fresh with good honey balsamic vinaigrette. Soup was flavorful and served nice & hot. Husband had the Downtown Burger and fries and liked it a lot. Finished the meal off with a tasty craft cocktail.”
“Hands down our families favorite place to get lunch ❤️ amazing food, amazing staff, great prices and the environment is so cozy and inviting.... the new owners have created such a comfortable dining experience... we love you ”
“This Culver's was very clean and the service was great! They added where you can order from your table which we did and so simple to do. As a vegan there isn't much options except for the fries which were hot and crispy. Definitely a great option for something fast and hot!”
“Best value for good food today, based on food quality, portion size and price. The 2 for $6 deal is a steal and I got better taste and quality for the price compared to other fast food chains recently. I got the crispy fish and a roast beef classic sandwich. Both were delicious.”
“I organized lunch for a large group of kids. We were on a tour and had a little time between concerts that we needed to plan something for. We split our large group into two smaller groups of 35. Half ate at Steve’s Pizza while the other half toured the Spam Museum then we switched. Our time frame was not flexible. 11-11:35 and 11:50-12:25. Steve’s said they could accommodate us even though we’d be there right as they opened. I called in our order a couple days in advance and talked to Michael. He was able to answer all my questions and listened well to what the needs were in our group. He was extremely friendly and helpful.I was with the first group that arrived. We arrived a couple minutes before 11. Michael was there and as soon as he saw us he greeted us and showed us where to go. They already had the table set up, 35 glasses of ice with plenty of filled pitchers of the beverages we ordered. By the time 1/2 the kids had their drinks filled, the pizza and garlic cheese bread was out for us. On the phone I had asked if our garlic bread runs out quickly, could they get us out some more fairly quickly? He said they could. It did go really quick. Micheal noticed this and came to me to ask if we wanted to add another order. The service was outstanding!I wasn’t there for the second group but when I asked someone who was they said everything went smooth for them as well and they did a good job with turning around and getting everything ready for that second group.I would highly recommend Steve’s pizza for a group!”
“Food was fresh and kept stocked. There is a hibachi grill also. The gals are constantly clearing our dirty plates. The bathrooms are even clean. Prices is no higher than any other buffet.”
“I'm not an Austin native and this was my first time to the Old Mill. Heard it was the place to go for a lovely meal and I was not disappointed!Service was awesome, I wish I could remember the name of young lady who waited on us. My partner had the ribeye and I had the walleye. Portions are huge, piping hot and delicious.I was told it was more of a business casual dress code, however I observed it was pretty casual and people were dressed in anything from date attire to jeans and a ball cap. Great place for families too during the main dinner hour. Kids are definitely welcome. The biggest surprise to me though was the whiskey and bourbon list! Holy cow was it huge! Not only that, but the liquor prices were unbelievably reasonable! We would have spent twice as much back in the cities. Really nice surprise. Will definitely be back!”
