“I am lactose intolerant and my order was unable to be a frozen drink because I changed the milk to almond milk. The next time I will ask for a glass of just ice from the blender and add my mocha drink to the ice myself. I asked if they couldn't put my drink through the blender and was told no. Was disappointed.“
