Our Austin store usually stays pretty busy, workers are pretty great about getting customers served quickly. However on my last visit I came inside to order. I mentioned I was a caribou member, I was told we'd get to that after he got my order placed. But i never received my points. Other than that I have no complaints about this store or the hard workers inside

The coffee was good, but I don’t think I’ll probably come back because the price paid for the quality was just not worth it in my opinion.
Additionally, the service was pretty disappointing. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before someone came over to help me, which if they were busy, I understand, but nobody acknowledged me to say they needed a minute, etc. They just stood in front of me, looking at me but never taking a second to just say they were busy or explain what was going on. I was super confused because I didn’t know if they thought I’d already been helped or if they were annoyed by me standing at the counter, etc. It was just very weird and a bit frustrating to have no idea what was happening (if they were busy, confused, etc.)
I was planning to get lunch, but everything in the case looked old and stale and I ended up getting food from the gas station next door because it was much cheaper and was better than what my friend bought.
The space was cute and decorated with festive accessories for winter/fall! :) Not really many places to sit, though.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Caribou Coffee is always a vibe! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick pick-me-up or settling in with your laptop for a while. The baristas are super friendly and make every visit feel personal. My drink was spot-on—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I love that they keep the space warm and welcoming, and it’s a place where you instantly feel at home. Definitely one of my go-to coffee spots in town!

Ordered a large, but got a medium. Instead of just making a small to compensate, they made a new one and threw the old one, the new one was not even the drink I ordered. Overall was just a bad experience. They also dont take any of the app deals for perks members, so what's the point of being a perks member if you won't honor all deals?
