Our Austin store usually stays pretty busy, workers are pretty great about getting customers served quickly. However on my last visit I came inside to order. I mentioned I was a caribou member, I was told we'd get to that after he got my order placed. But i never received my points. Other than that I have no complaints about this store or the hard workers inside

Caribou Coffee is always a vibe! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick pick-me-up or settling in with your laptop for a while. The baristas are super friendly and make every visit feel personal. My drink was spot-on—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I love that they keep the space warm and welcoming, and it’s a place where you instantly feel at home. Definitely one of my go-to coffee spots...

All the works are so pleasant, cheerful, easy to talk and joke with. It’s nice to know you can spend a couple of hours at a table and no one cares! I especially love the raspberry cones!
