today while out shopping was stopped by a very RUDE Walmart greeter that accused me of shoplifting because I couldn't find my receipt after I just went through the express check out lane. Told me to go back to the check out lane while he stood there by the door after I already had purchased my stuff? Sure enough my receipt was right there where I took my bags from. Walked to the other door and left not coming back.

Worst Wal-Mart store I have ever shopped at!! They refuse to price match to their own online pricing, they have 2 self checkouts open from 10pm til 6-7am with no regular checkouts open so you wait in line forever to serve yourself!! Its ran worse than a circus!! This specific location has the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced!!

Worst walmart experience ever. I shop at this store almost weekly and every week my most dreaded time is when I check out. I was ready to check out and found a place in line. There were 2 people ahead of me and only 2 other lanes open. I had multiple items and my small child with me so I chose to not use self check out. After waiting several minutes as the register or card scanner was malfunctioning for a customer I decided to get in another line. There were two people ahead of me in this other line as well. The cashier was slow/didnt care. After standing in line (between the two lines) my child grew restless after almost 15 minutes! So, as I am standing there In line going on 20 minutes with a crying child the cashier looks at me annoyed!!! Austin mn walmart needs more check outs open or cashiers that can check people faster than a turtle.

I despise your store I hope you do something about your uneducated management whoever is working the tobbacco isle tonight January 5th at 8:20pm treated me like s*** and called a gal manager over to reassure me im a worthless customer both had glasses one an older gentlemen grey hair whom ive been treated like s*** by before cause hes a know it all an some gal brown hair believe her tag said mel absolutely worthless i told them I'd never shop there again because of theyre hor

There have been several trips to Walmart where I have been very frustrated while checking out for a variety of reasons. Today, however, I happened to get into the checkout line with a cashier named Cindy. What was different about Cindy was that she didn't just go through the motions of her job. She was helpful, coming to my cart and scanning larger items immediately so that I didn't have to take them out of the cart. She carefully organized my bags, even double bagging my eggs. Though she did these things, she was still efficient and quick. It was also obvious that she likes working with people. Some people go through the motions, others commit to being the best they can be-- Cindy did just that. If I could rate the store based on Cindy alone, I would have given it a 5.
