I've been checked in since 8am still not unloaded this place is ridiculous just been sitting in a waiting for someone to touch my truck do not i repeat do not deliver here and I have chicken and I'm just sitting with my doors open

I gave only two stars because the office staff was polite and nice to me. Overall, there is nothing good about this company to say. It is super slow and stinks very bad. Be ready to make delivery, in the best case, in 7-8 hours. If you have the next load that day, you can cancel it already. If you finally get lucky and get a dock, unloading time will be about 3 hours minimum. However, it can take forever to get a dock, and you will be there all day. I lost my next load home on Friday and stuck over the weekend in MN.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
My appt was at 6am Checked in 550am with guard (stay in truck) Drove around the fence to check in with 2nd guard shack (this time walk out of your truck) 2nd guard shack called shipping Said to pull over by scale on right side and wait 30 mins. Shipping will call us for dock door It's been an hour waiting- why? NEVER HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG BEFORE!! Finally to a dock door at 715am Finally done at......10am 3 hours is just ridiculous period Take a pallets off every 15 mins then take 30 mins then 15 mins. Waste of time!!
STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE IF TRUCKERS WASTE THEIR DRIVE TIME HERE TO BE UNLOADED PERIOD. IDK ABOUT BEING LOADED BUT GEEZZZ DONT COME HERE!!
5/1/25 Boss said hey can you take this load to Austin at Hormel. I didn't want too but I did it for bossman BIG MISTAKE!! Coming down to Austin a Famn Vulcher broke my side mirror (that should of been a clue right there)
5/2/25 Appt at 6am ...why..you still have to wait Called me to a dock door at 830am At a dock door and still WAITING what a place OF HELL 🙃 🙄 🤔 😐 😒 😑 DONT CARE WASTE OF TIME FOR DRIVERS TAKE BREAKS MORE LIVE LOADS ARENT RUSHED PERIOD NOT A TRUCKER FRIENDLY PLACE OWNER DONT CARE OBVIOUSLY EMPLOYEES DONT NEITHER

Arrived 1 hour early for 8am appointment. Load wasn't ready yet so I waited by the scales for 1 1/2 hours. I backed into a door at 9:30 and loading didn't start until 10:30. Paperwork at 12:15.

I wish i would give them less than 1 star this is the worst place to come I showed up at 11:00 am for 14:00 appointment for pick up they told me to go back and get call at 14:00 to come back and loaded at 22:00 Total 11 hours very poor management today is my last day for this place.

Worst receiver within the area. For live unload it will take for ever. Truck stop 2 miles away

Garmin gps directed me to the front of the facility. Go to Gate 1 way back and around the corner for the truck entrance. Use satellite image to familiarize yourself with the facility. I was a live unload and took about 3 hours.
Terrible, I arrived at 3 in the afternoon, it's almost midnight and still nothing, only in the loading time, why the staff, very friendly, very professional.

enter thu gate 1 that’s for trucks. I’ve strictly only ever had drop & hooks here so I can’t speak to much on their loading part but what I will say is there’s hardly any room to drop your empty and for some reason the spotters LOVE leaving the trailer sky high were you are stuck struggling trying to lower a 42k load.
