Had Hy-Vee cater my wedding the first weekend of October. The first caterer I met with was fantastic, but they switched to a new person in charge. I was charged for things that were not discussed and I was told I was able to take home leftover food since it was all paid for. I never got my leftovers and I’m very disappointed with how I was treated. A few people have asked and I have NOT recommended Hy-Vee to cater their food. I want some of my money back.

We had our wedding last Saturday and had Austin HyVee make our wedding sheet cakes and my bouquet. I am from Albert Lea, but had heard wonderful things about the Austin location. Those people were right! From the start the staff was so nice and willing to work with our budget. They delivered to Albert Lea ON TIME- which is huge on wedding day. The cake was FANTASTIC! We had so many people tell us how awesome it was and asked who made it. We had some left over and its still just as delicious 4 days after! RaNae B. in the floral department was wonderful as well. We had so much fun talking flowers and she made sure to get everything I wanted- She nailed my wedding bouquet! I will definitely be recommending Austin HyVee for all bakery and floral needs. Thanks everyone!!

Very bad service from a waitress not once but twice in a row... YIKES!! First night showed up after a long day impromptu supper and super excited about the live band in hand..

This is a message that I sent on Messenger November 1. The Facebook page says typically replies instantly. Guess that is not the case as today is November 12. They have seen and read the message but haven't taken the time to address the issue.
