We just had a Valentine Banquet last week at Zion Lutheran Church in the Woods of Dexter, Minnesota. Cindy and her staff were outstanding! The food was delivered on time, hot, done to perfection, plentiful, and it was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. We ordered 2 cakes one sheet and a 2 tier for our wedding. The Thursday before the ceremony we called to verify our order delivery location and time, we get to the venue and HY-VEE only delivered one cake and i had to call twice to get it delivered right before the cake cutting. Definitely not what we wanted on our wedding day, I will not recommend Austin HY-VEE to anyone for anything.

The Floral Department is truly awesome! I called looking for an orchid. They had one, took payment over the phone, and delivered it in less than an hour and it was close to closing time for them!! I'm so in love with my new orchid! The lady I spoke to was just so friendly and helpful! Thank you!
$2.50 for a single frosted sugar cookie from the bakery may have been acceptable if the cookie wasn’t stale and the frosting rock hard. Do they keep them in the case for a week?

I am a mom of 3 that uses online grocery pickup often at several different locations. I ordered from Hyvee Austin yesterday and picked up this morning. Whoever did my shopping went above and beyond and was texting me about all my substitutions. I have never had anyone do that but really appreciated the extra effort! Pickup was also very smooth and fast! Would highly recommend!!
