Not sure if all JJ's are like this as I don't go often but can they put some toppings on the sub. For the price of the sub I think they can spare some more. Some of the beverages were empty too. We decided to eat outside in the 91 degree heat because it was better than freezing inside the store. The bathroom signs were a fun read though.

The delivery has completely done downhill. Lately I have had to wait OVER an hour for one sandwich to be delivered, even when I schedule ahead. Awful. I ordered at 10:52, got my sandwich at 12:05. 5 minutes to eat lunch before I had to go back to work.

We always always get Jimmy John’s when traveling. This location is one of the best I’ve been to. Our server, Shaina, was so kind and helpful with our big order. I hope the manager takes notice and gives her a raise. Kudos to you, Austin JJ’s!

Jimmy John's has went down the tubes. Nobody knows what they are doing or cares. And one semi pissed off dude doing all the work while the other 2 or 3 just wander around trying decide what day it is....

I had ordered 4 subsThe first one I had ordered to be added and they didn't add it so they changed me an extra $2 and didn't add it. Then on my second sub I asked for jalapeno ranch and then they didn't add that either. Thankfully that didn't cost extra but still very disappointing.

Took over 30 min to get a combo meal at the drive through, and there was only 4 people ahead of me.
Sandwiches are awesome! Used to stop here everyday until I got treated really bad at the drive-thru. After a tough day at work we don't deserve that.

Worked here for only a couple months a few years, as a side gig for extra spending cash. Coworkers were fine, management expected me to know everything about the sandwiches even though I worked less than 10 hours a week and as delivery, which was not enough to keep up for wear and tear on my OWN vehicle. Minimum wage, I was getting paid MUCH more at my main job.The nail that broke the camel's back for me was when I got a call from my bank saying my paycheck bounced. My PAYCHECK. Supposedly it was eventually figured out, but not before another paycheck bounced to where I started cashing my checks at the grocery stores.They never even mailed my last check either, when I told them I was done. So glad I'm done there, but Jimmy Johns is the last place I would recommend anyone work, much less eat from.

I would never be eating at Jimmy John's again. Paid 27.15 for a giant sub chips and a large pop. No one told me that you had to pay for cheese. The pickles aren't even pickles they're more pickles cucumbers. They didn't even look like pickles. The sandwich barely had any ingredients on it.
Parking: Need more space for parking especially for handicap
