THREATNED TO BE TRESSPASSED OVER POOR SERVICE. Order 2 famous bowls they were delicious , but not really warm , and the cheese wasn't melted . So I walked back inside to ask for it heated up . They lady behind the counter had her back turned. Took 3 hellos to get her attention . Then when I asked for it heated up , she said I have to get my manager bc the cheese is melted . So I said you can grab a thermometer and temp it if you want its not even close to being hot.
They remade my order and tried serving me barely hot food a socond time The lady and the manager both sat there arguing that it was hot and that I would not be getting a refund . I made a comment about the lady's 3 inch fake nails she had on bc she knows HOT food as much as she does FOOD SAFTEY. apparently those nails are exceptable handling FOOD !
When she threatend to trespass me bc I commented about her nasty nails, and almost not getting a refund .we agreed on my departure with a refund. Wish I could have provided a helpful Pic...
Corporate seemed helpful , but we will see . I reccomend at your own discretion .

Went and got a family meal they had me pull up to parking spot for an order of fries. I waited for 15 min. When I got the food half of the fries were cold and chewy the chicken tenders were soggy and cold and they forgot half the biscuits. Not to mention no sauces. Then when I called they told me they wouldn’t replace the chicken and that I could come back another day for new fries and sauces! Do not recommend going at all!

The cashier was so pleasant and friendly with me. She explained the menu so efficiently to make everything make sense because they have deals on different days, sometimes! And she was so patient with me!! I dont usually make a complete review on here but I felt like this experience with her made a difference for me and how I view kfc as a whole. This woman EMILEE deserves the top position because she can handle anything that is thrown her way!!! The only KFC in Austin, MN. SHE IS PHENOMENAL and knows how to make the experience perfect for ANY costumer! Give this woman a raise or a higher up position! Seriously! EMILEE you made my night so much better. Thank you!!

I went there to order food and was told to leave or I would be trespassed for asking the staff to clarify the order the she messed up. I called back to talk to the store manager and or district manager and the staff just hung up the phone. If you’re are any decent person please don’t visit this location and spend your money… Im not going to give up until the staff there gets held accountable!!!

Arrived here at 7:35 with my soccer team after checking they were open till 9pm the doors were locked. After a minute the manager came out without a greeting said drive thru only with attitude, to which we asked I thought you guys were open till 9? He responded we close lobby at 8. We all checked the time and it was 7:37, we asked about that and he replied were short staffed so we close early. Unacceptable service, I understand closing the doors but when customers arrive you unlock and give them service.

0/10 I pull up to the drive thru at 8:40, the drive thru employee informs me that all they had was spicy chicken and they were not going to make anything else. I asked why they only had spicy chicken and not make any other fresh food. She then informs me that they closed at 9pm, I point out to her that online it says they close at 10pm. The employee stated that it was wrong, I also commented that on the drive thru microphone it also says they close at 10pm. The employee without any care said it was wrong and they close at 9pm. I then left and took my business somewhere else. I don’t know why it's difficult to grasp the concept that customers are the only reason why you have a job. It seems to me like that job is too challenging for group who works there, that they can’t even come up with a solution to the problem I brought up. It’s common sense to make fresh food no matter what the time is because that is what you are suppose to do in a fast food industry. Now if the times are wrong, you would except for someone to make the correction or at least take off the times from the door and the drive thru. Seriously, if you don’t want to work, why are you even there??? Its not rocket science. No customers = no sales, no sales = no money coming in, no money coming in = no job.

Ordered a number 1 meal, a classic chicken sandwich, and chicken nuggets for 2 people. Everything was definitely not hot, nuggets were super old, chicken was luke warm, everything didnt taste the best, tasted like it had been sitting forever/old. Never have had a bad experience at any other KFC, this 1 definitely takes the cake. If you wanna go too a KFC and get FRESH food hit up Mankato, MN.
