Ordered on-line. I live 15 minutes away. Said it would be ready at 557pm. Get there at 601pm and a sign on the doors say the lobby is closed at 6pm and they are closing everything at 7pm. Go to the drive thru get behind another car. After 15 minutes the car in front of me finally gets to order. I go next and they instantly say “please wait” After 10 minutes I say “does it matter I ordered ahead”. I finally get my food after 30 minutes in line. Drive 15 minutes home , my food is cold and there are NO BISCUITS! It was supposed to come with 4 biscuits! Worst service! Not going back! They are expensive and then get cold food and no biscuits!

Should've known to eat somewhere else when we found the door locked due to staffing. Did not get the name of the gentleman working apparently alone, but I would strongly suggest focusing on your customer service... I can understand being frustrated, but you don't take it out on your customers A, and you make sure they get what they ordered the first time around B. We came back to get our sodas but didn't realize we were also missing part of our order until it was too late.

2 times I went through the drive up and pre-paid for my order of original chicken, waited in line and 2- 3 mn's later the person came back to the window and told me that there was none left and if I would be ok with extra crispy! This was at 5:30 pm. Your one and only main item and your out!

Storytime. After a long day, I ordered on the app something for dinner. Things seemed to go well, until after I had paid and food was ready for pickup. I specifically remember clicking the coleslaw and potatoes with gravy for sides. Instead, I saw sides of fries. I had hoped that was simply a glitch in the display, but when I arrived to the restaurant, that's what had been sent to the restaurant. Of course, I had been craving KFC mashed potatoes and gravy for a while, so this was just about the straw that got me hard today. The evening manager tonight was super understanding, and made things right. He was super clear and patient, and though I already uninstalled the app, I would highly recommend our KFC for a decent meal with amazing service!

I honestly didn't like the chicken too much it was lacking flavor ,kinda bland tasting as was the mashes potatoes. They can fix that problem in my opinion.
