You guys were getting your shit rocked!!! When I pulled in I notice on Friday nights people are extremely crappy to you guys! I don't think they have heard of don't bite the hand that feeds LOL. All joking aside. To the man on the headset that took my order I want you to know that everybody came to your store literally because they couldn't feed themselves or found it to be a good treat you did not ask them to pull up with their bum attitude. Quote unquote I just work here. To my kids this was a special treat sense eating out or even getting just a simple large fry doesn't happen that often. We were just fine waiting the small amount of time even if it was a couple minutes shouldn't hurt anybody mood or even aggravate... Patience is a price that nobody is willing to pay nowadays and I think it's ridiculous. Show the humanity in serving people.. not all of us are crap I promise.
Kid-friendliness: My kids always yell thank you from the back hope it's not distracting more of they pick me up.

Daughter went in to get an ice cream cone and a soda. As the worker handed her the cone, it tipped onto her arm (and out of the cone). The worker apologized, handed her a cup, a spoon, and some napkins and sent her on her way. Never offered to replace the cone.

This place is always iffy. Always at least a 10 minute wait in the drive through. Today I ordered inside and had my food delivered to the table. I ordered a large ice water on the kiosk and didn’t receive a cup for it. When I asked about it, the worker said that they don’t do large water cups. He went and grabbed me an extra small cup. I’m not sure why there’s an option to order a large cup if I can only get a small. I also ordered some ice cream cones a little later and got this. Very disappointing experience all around.
