stopped in during a snow storm! will say I'm very impressed with this staff, everyone is working hard and hustling. The young man at the counter Jayhem (sp?) was patient and very helpful! Manager was all over helping and extremely friendly way to go!!

I ordered my son a double cheese burger and a small sprite and myself a mc chicken and a large fry with a latte to drink, when I went to pay the lady dropped the receipt and said oops and didnt give me a receipt so I proceeded to pick my food up at the next window they gave me drinks and had me pull forward a lady comes to bring me the food and I check the bag, it only had my son's food only no mc chiken was there so I told her I'm missing the mc chicken she asked for my receipt I told her what happened and why I didnt get a receipt she left and then a manager came showing I only ordered a double cheese burger the drinks and fry. I was like no I didnt. I know what I ordered. And she proceeded to say well there's nothing I can do. At this point I'm already mad because of how long this is taking and u guys don't seem to know how to take orders because even my son was with and said why didnt u get ur sandwich that u ordered. Very disappointing that I came here and they treat u like u didnt order that and wont do anything to fix the issue at hand.

Messed up our two burgers TWICE. They had no cheese no onion, first time had cheese on it and second time had onion.
watched them mess up on three orders in front of us as we sat at rhe Sir window for 30 minutes. They came to write down my order and still forgot my 2 items of food. when i went inside they were rude saying “check her order”.

i’m sorry but i find it absolutely ridiculous that they always close and lock their doors anywhere from 5-10 minutes before they advertise they close the doors (8pm). i live right across the street and just wanted to get a fountain drink for my sick husband. i walked up at 7:55pm (knowing the doors lock at 8) and only wanted a drink just to find the doors already locked. it’s beyond frustrating because it’s not like it happens every once in a while, it’s an every day thing. with living across the street i really don’t want waste my gas sitting in line for something that takes less than 2 minutes from ordering, filling, and walking out the doors.

The last time I showed up here it was around 9pm and was denied service. So today 08/10/25 I show up at 8pm and the girl inside begins to yell at me. She then says the lobby is closed and that I can go through the drive-thru. I responded with I biked here. She then says I can order the app. I've given this place multiple chances only because it's on my way to work. Each time is either rude employees or a wrong order. This McDonald's is a clear example of why their sales are declining.
