Flatbreads were really good. A nice twist to your typical pizza

Got the gyro. The meat was tasty enough but portion size was really, really small. Value just isn’t there. Won’t be back as it’s not worth $10 for so little meat. Other gyro places we’ve frequented outside of Austin charge about the same but you actually get a pita packed full of gyro meat. Will save my gyro dollars for those places that provide a better value.

We always have great food and service at Mixto. They are a quick and easy stop for people traveling on I-90 during the week.The gyros are phenomenal! My favorite is the Hawaiian which they make with no onion for me due to a food sensitivity.The pepperoni pizza is made on their delicious flatbread dough. It is the best kids menu pizza my daughter has ever had. They even had a non-soda, non-water option for my carbonation adverse child! The parrots (not live) that are “hidden “ around in the rafters are another kid delight.The selection of unique flatbreads and gyros make Mixto a must stop for locals like us and those passing through our fair city.Fair warning, they are not currently open on weekends. I’m guessing staff shortages like everywhere else.

They say they are about Greek food but I found the Gyro a bit disappointing. I was expecting real lamb and got something different. Very good service, but the meal was not very good.

Best gyro we've had ..such fresh fresh bread and ingredients.. hearty portions.. also tried a Flatbread and was again. Amazing.. soo fresh unique flavors.. soo delicious will go back many times

Back in September 2021 we visited Austin and stopped in to pick up some salads to go. Amazing!!!!! Service was great and the salads were so good. I typically do not care for chicken in my salad but gave it a try by the look of the ingredients and truly was one of the best salads ever. The only issue we had was we live north of the Twin Cities and were unable to give the rest of the menu a try during our two days there since we had not discovered Mixto Fresh until our last day there! We’d love for Mixto Fresh to open in the Twin Cities area!
